This Burger King is horrible and I will be calling the district manager on this one! I went to this burger king 2 times ,the 1) time I waited in te drive thru for 20 minutes before someone acknowledged me, then they didnt have anything I ordered on the menu, so we left. the 2nd time it only took 7 minutes to get someone in the drive thru, they still didnt have some of the things I requested that was posted on their menu, I ordered 2 number 1 menues, two whoppers with cheese and fries, I also paid for 2 whoppers with cheese, it took a while another 10 minutes for the guy to come to the window to collect the money, then told me to drive around and wait for my food, after watching pretty much all the employees including the superviser hanging out ,outside smoking cigerettes @ the entrance agood 15-20 minutes later one of the guys went back in and brought me my food, although he did apologize for the wait my french fries were cold and soggy and I didnt know until I got home that there was not cheese on the whoppers that I paid for. I attempted to call that Burger King to complain and no one even answered. TWO THUMBS DOWN!!!

Ordered a cheeseburger and deluxe hot dog and had to wait 30 minutes for the order to be bagged for take-out There was one mature black gentleman in the store ahead of me in line and he professed very loudly about several problems with his take-out order items and complained vehimently often about the employee incompetence with his very late, mishandled completion of his order making him late with the personal delivery of the items he ordered for waiting recipients. My wife an 82 year old senior ciizen was my driver for my pick-up and had to wait one-half hour due to an apparent unsupervised breakdown of work environment by the staff on hand. When we got home I found my cheeseburger order was served without cheese and my wifes deluxe hot dog was burnt crisp.

If I could I would give them minus 100...this people are disgusting..the store manager the tall dude.he.dont have a clue of what his job is, very unproffessional, the menus are with out lights, thats because they dont want customers to order food, this place should be shut down, and the owner should fire everyone, and hire some well trained staffs....intead of hiring the nasties and worst people off the street...have them take a drug test too

This BK should be shut down, on one visit the employees (manager included) were watching pornography on an I-phone and making loud vulgar remarks in front of customers on another they were smoking in the parking lot and had closed the store with customers inside. BK is the worst fast food joint around, with orders wrong and items missing 9 times out of 10, but this location is the worst of the worst. To be avoided at all costs.

All managers, supervisors, and upper management should be fired! This is one of the worst Burger Kings Ive ever seen in my life. Unprofessional, disrespectful, and incompetent. They have no regard for their customers at all! THE WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Its a regular burger king. It has kids area with a giant slide. However the room isnt heated and it freezing in the winter. The manager is really nice, but the last two times I was there the food was cold by time I sat down.

The customer service was beyond poor. The staff was disrespectful and the wait for my for was close to 15 minutes. When I requested my money back I was told there was no one there to open the register
