I visited I Hop for dinner today, December 15,2014. I ordered a Southwestern Sandwich with onion Rings. I was unhappy with the meal. I did not eat the whole meal. The sandwich was dry, not tasty at all. The waitress said to me, " The sandwiches are large. I said, No I did not enjoy it . It was not tasty, it was dry and had no flavor. I was totally dissatisfied with the food. Her response was, I am sorry and walked away. If a consumer is unhappy with a meal, the restaurant or the waitress or waiter should either offer the customer a different meal, take it off the bill or offer perhaps dessert on the house This waitress could not care less. Then they hand you the check that states tell us what you think, but you do not get it back after you pay the bill to tell Ihop what you think.. It is like they do not want you to tell IHop want you think. I will not go back to IHop. Ihop use to be a nice restaurant with good service. It has gone downhill and I was very disappointed with the service and the meal. I will not be going back. Thank you.

we went on a Wednesday after noon and the place was almost empty, Service was ok i just wish the waiting staff was not are there phone.. we tried to get a servers attention 2 times before she cam over to take are order. The food is what you would expect from an Ihop, the place was not all that clean.. It was a ok experience.

I went in with my parents and sister for my birthday meal. The lady pointed us to a booth with garbage on the floor so we spoke up and they moved us to a table further back. The utensils were dirty. THE WAS A BOOGER ON MY MOMS KNIFE. We left of course even though we ordered and went to the WAY BETTER ihop on Motor Parkway.

Service/food/prices...... 13 -14 dollars a person for pancakes... no value and servers barely treat you nice..it seems that they dont even like thier job or being there either....
