Waiter rushed my order and didnt pay much attention to what I said. Gave us our food and forgot about us. Didnt give me the gravy that I asked for twice. When we finished our food the waiter never gave us our check since she was too busy talking to the regulars. A very nice man who was cleaning the tables noticed we were waiting for a while and spoke up for us. I wish I could of tipped him instead, he was actually working and earning his money. Im always very polite and tip generously at restaurants and diners but I couldnt justify giving a big tip for that service. The food wasnt anything to brag about and luckily it was cheap. The man cleaning the tables was working hard and was friendly, give him a raise.

I was at the opening of the Bard Diner in 1963, as we lived around the corner. The Bard Diner became the Blue Sky Diner, and its just a gem! The menu is huge, the selections are great, the service is fast, friendly and efficient! I recommend the classic cheeseburger and fries! Portions are huge, and the fries are great! Try the "mini" dinners! For $11.95 you get ribs, chicken or another main dish with a "starch" potatoes, sweet potatoes, fries and vegetable PLUS soup or salad AND a drink PLUS dessert! The prices are outstanding, and we always have a good experience! Plus we LOVE Mary who, with her late husband, has managed this diner for YEARS!

I absolutely love this place. The food is good and inexpensive but the absolute best are the wait staff, who treat you like theyve known you all your life and know whats best for you. Order the Mexican breakfast wrap. And the turkey in the turkey wrap is real turkey, not supermarket cold cuts.

This family owned & run diner is the ultimate. The service is over the top, the food is always perfect. The atmosphere is clean, welcoming & pleasant. Ive been meeting a friend weekly for years here and its consistency is fantastic.

Blue Sky has always served excellent food. Food is hot. Service is friendly. They constantly refill drinks and make sure everyone is happy at the table They always have great specials. Prices are good.

This diner looks like something out of a movie. I doubt its changed for years. We had a great breakfast and a very enjoyable waitress. The two of us got a full breakfast for $15. Definitely worth a trip!

Great service and people. For diner coffee, not that good. Burnt even. Toast was rubbery. Veggie Omelette was burnt on the outside, raw on the inside. But the service and people were awesome :)

stand up job. Whenever Im in the need for a full tummy, I take the hop, the skip, and the jump to get to Blue Sky. Kudos! Look up that famous song by Snoop Dogg, you guys are it.
