I just finished a 14 hour shift in the mines and my black lung was getting worse. Becoming weaker and weaker with each breath i see the sign flickering in the distance, it reads "Dutchess Diner". I realise i dont have much time and decide to have my last meal. As i reach the bottom of the steps the door swings open and there she was, an angel. The light radiating from her dress was blinding. Her skin looked like it was as soft as marshmallows. As I walked past her she kissed me on the cheek and said "sit where youd like". From that point on I levitated inside the greatest food establishment ever created. Sitting at the bar i notice they have a Bob Ross marathon on. It made me feel like a little kid on a Saturday morning, its a monday night. I open the menu and my mouth waters instantly. Burgers, club sandwiches, chicken wings, wraps, gravy fries, waffles, pancakes, egg sandwiches, and chicken souvlaki. My heart is beating so fast I might pass out. After fading in and out of consciousness I locked eyes with a plate being carried out of the kitchen. Buffalo Chicken Wrap extra crispy, fries, cole slaw, pickel, and a side of blue cheese. I had to have it, after placing my order I had a drink of the purest clearest coldest water iv ever tasted in my life. With each sip I felt my black lung healing like the grinchs heart in that Christmas movie. The kitchen bell rang and out came my chicken wrap. The second the chicken aroma hit my nose I broke down into tears, thankfully all the tables have napkins. After my nose got use to the heavenly smell of fryed buffalo chicken, I spread some blue cheese on my wrap and sunk my teeth into an answered prayer. The chicken was so crunchy each bite felt like an earthquake, just when i thought i couldnt take anymore the giant chunks of blue cheese calmed down these tremors from heaven. I sit back while admiring my now empty plate. The waitress brings me my check and there is was "10.75". I truly found heaven.

I would probably give it better service but there usually an older guy in there that like pushes on the waitresses to get customers out. So every time I go in here I feel like Im being rushed out. I go here for lack of options at times and I only order certain things. One time my girlfriend found mold in her food. They switched it for something else but that my girlfriend didnt even like. I took a chance one time and ordered something and regret it. I didnt even eat the whole thing. If I wasnt so hungry at the time I wouldve just gave it back to them. Only thing that keeps me going is the service from the waitresses.

Customer Service over the phone is horrible, I guess the old guy at the register is the manager. He hung up on my and slammed tge phone all because he mispriced my food. Food is okay not great, waiters are awesome. I will be telling people about my experience, one person can ruin everything. Will never eat there again i was disrespected so bad by management. Trust me if you like to be respected dont come here.

I hear the breakfast is great but when I went to dinner with a couple of my friends it was horrible. We all ordered burgers and the waitress messed up my friends order and then tells him that he ordered the wrong thing after she had already repeated our order back to us to confirm. And the worst part is that I got food poisoning the next day

My server was so nice and efficent. Very heplful as we just moved into town today! The burgers are awesome thats key! Krista my waitress truly knew what she was doing and took the time between tables to engage in conversation. The hostess was a doll! Both where well dressed and the place was clean! We will come back all the time!

The service was good but I dislike their lunch menu very much so. I recommend that you do not get their meatball grinders, the meatballs were old and not fresh. The mega French fries with the cheese and bacon is disgusting. The fries were hard and the cheese wasnt even half way melted. I will not come here again.

what happened to this place..... i just spent $8 on breakfast and soooo disappointed...... there are barely no home fries and the omelet looks like its missing a egg or 2.... service is not like it used to be... this used to be my favorite place to go... i will not be going back any time soon....

This place is terrible, everytime I buy a meal Im very disappointed, they put no effort when they make the food , they food is always raw,not cooked the right way, I can tell nothing is fresh and I know what Im taking about.i wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.waste of my money.

This used to be a great diner. Management apparently has changed. They no longer serve better than average food, the service is very slow and management has no desire to please the customer. We used to go to this place frequently. No more.

I enjoy breakfast here in the morning. The morning staff here is wonderful and seem to make it a point to make u happy. It is nice to come here with my son or by myself to just sit and relax..

Terrible eating establishment ordered cheese fries and it came out with a huge hair in it just awful the burger was dry and cold. Never again will this place see or get my money.

A great meal at a reasonable price. Plenty of seating but the staff can be hit or miss. Big fan of their breakfasts to get you going in the morning.
