Ive been living back on Long Island now for almost 9 years now. The first time I ate at the Dynasty I thought "Boy Look At This Place" but after going there a number of times and now going there at least 2-3 times a month all I can say its probably one of my favorite places to eat breakfast at in Bay Shore.. Yeah there are the IHOPs, other big named Diners but I always find myself coming back to the Dynasty. The people who work there are great, Bob is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet or have conversation with. His workers are always so nice and make sure you get taken care of very well. The food is another subject entirely.. I get the same thing each and every time I go there "The #7" Omelets are one of my favorite breakfast foods and I never skimp on getting one there. They have other great menu options but the Omelette is my favorite by far. I will continue to eat at the Dynasty and doubt I will ever find another place like it here on Long Island.. CRU
