I have been here twice. The first visit we ordered and then waited for 40 minutes for our food all while watching other groups that came after us get their food first. I finally had to go up and demand my food. When we received it our shakes were both only filled 3/4 of the the way to the top. On the second visit my daughter ordered a chicken shack sandwich with lettuce only. I watched the cashier ring it up and saw that she had put it as no bun. I stated to her that she wanted the sandwich with only lettuce but with a bunch and she said toe that she always puts it that way so they know not to add anything else. When we received our order, her chicken was just the chicken with lettuce, as I suspected it would come. They need to hire more competent people or get a better, more visible manager to oversee the operation.

Great simple American fast food. They have different burgers and fries. Its an upscale fast food. Wish it was a little cheaper, but they do offer good food. Great for families and groups to come and grab a bite to eat. Staff is friendly depending on the time and date. Very clean and new place. Parking is not the best for when its busy. Plan ahead of time for that. Its right off a busy street so it makes it a little harder. Outdoor seating which is simple and clean. Only open Durning warmers months. Corn hole while you wait and a place to leave the dog to wait. If you havent tried it give it a try pretty good.

Not a big fan. Place is always incredibly busy so was excited to check out what all the commotion was about. Food was just ok (burger and fries). Fries were similar to what you can get in frozen food aisle at grocery store. 5 Guys definitely better, wish we had one closer. Although, I will admit I did not try a milkshake and may go back for just one of those at some point.

Its good. But having a hard time understanding where it fits. Pricing is about par with a sit down burger joint. Its slower than fast food and because teens often loiter around, tables are hard to get around dinner time. The food is delicious and shakes are good too. Ill be back but can quite see if this is luxury fast food or scaled down normal dining.

Yum, typical suburban version of the chain. The wait time is always a little longer than I expect. But the sandwich and shakes are always a little better than I expect. And they get my special orders/adjustments correct right every time. Easy parking.

Although the burgers are scrumptious the new online service is terrible and does not support Android. The service was poor and took very long. I highly suggest five guys instead despite the fact that the nearest location does not have shakes

Shake was great...hamburger was disappointing....too little beef...also not delivered as I ordered, it had no ketchup. For the $ you charge the meal should have been close to perfect. Will avoid eating in Shake Shack again.

This place is OK, some of the people working the cash registers arent necessarily the most friendly, but thats not really anything to be too bent out of shape about. Wait times are a little questionable.

Good is awesome. Wait is long. Tried using the app to schedule a pickup but it also took a bit longer than expected. If you are going to go, get there just before peak lunch hour to get served quickly.

Hot dogs are tough. Burgers are good. But the wait times even when you use the mobile app and order over 30 minutes ahead its not even close to out at the scheduled time.
