If I could give this place no stars, I would. My family and I had a 4 hour drive to connecticut and we arrived around 8:30, we decided to stop at the taco bell near our hotel to get a quick bite to eat. We figured since it was NOT busy at all, we could run in and run out. But unfortunately that was not the case. When we initially walked in, nobody greeted us. A rude woman yells from way in the back that shell be with us in a minute while there we 2 other young employees standing right in the front. When she came to take our order she was very rude and it felt like we were being rushed. When we received our food, we were given hard tacos instead of soft with our meals which we paid and extra 10 cents for each soft taco. And our cinnamon twists were forgotten. when we had finally gotten the womens attention to tell her about the mix up, she became very agitated and rude and said that we never asked for soft tacos. when we showed her the receipt that clearly charged extra for soft tacos she grabbed our food, threw it down, and sloppily made us new tacos and was rude when she gave them back. Again she still did not give us our cinnamon twists so we had to ask her again for those and again she was rude. Ive never had an employee argue with me over something that was clearly printed on the receipt. Not that ill be back in the area any time soon, but if i ever am, I will NOT be back.

I recently ordered the new double stack tacos. now they are supposed to be 3 of them right? when I first got there I asked the man at the drive-thru for one of each he only put me down for two. I said to him arent they supposed to be 3 and he is like oh you want 3? so anyway I get the three of them and when I get them I noticed that the spicy sweet stacked taco has both chili sauce and sour cream in it. Isnt it supposed to be chili sauce and habanero sauce on one and in the other two or just simply habanero on top of a beef taco with no melted cheese in the shell and the nacho crunch 1 which was pretty good but I dont think sour cream and chili sauce go together.what a stupid jerk working the drive-thru.

I have been going to this Taco Bell almost every 15 days. For past 5-6 times they always miss one of the orders in the bag. This happens every time I go through drive thru around 11 pm hrs. They seriously need to improve their service coz its frustrating that they miss something every time. After reaching home at midnight n then finding items missing from your order is really frustrating and I am not left with patience and energy to go back n fight with them. Check the items before u handover the bag to the customer or go somewhere else.

Tuesday 2/30/17 2:23pm Asked for hot sauce drivethroug person say ok Gives me everything but hot sauce, dont say anything so i asked, did you put hot sauce inside, he says yes, I leave and park my car, to eat. Diabetic, too weak to go and ask for sauce, need to eat right away. Sauce can make it or break it Decides to leave bad review !!!!

The staff at this location are incompadent. Messed up orders, ride staff that doesnt seem to care, long wait times, and a messy kitchen. But it does have a nice interior, good food (fresh), and adequate parking. I have waited 15 minutes for orders. I come here a couple times a week because after all, its still Taco Bell.

After the renovation the new taco bell is extremely better, The staff is friendly and hardworking and serve stuff hastily, sometimes there is a confusion on not getting the drinks right after ordering them, but reminding them makes them do it swiftly. Taco bell is now a favorite

I love Taco Bell. It is one of the healthiest of the fast food chains if you are in a pinch or you really need some food after a night of drinking. Gets very busy on Friday and Saturday nights after the bars close so plan accordingly.

A lot depend on the hour. You can get here when the "better" staff is on duty, and you will get great service and good tacos. On the other hand, you can get here when the "lazy" shift is there, and this is a different story...

Counter staff was friendly and it was Taco Bell. If you dont like Taco Bell, OK, thats your opinion, but Ill hold it against you. Bathroom was ICE COLD, odd.
