This used to be my favorite pizza place, but lately it has been going downhill. The waiters will be standing around, talking to one another or just standing around, and you have to really try to draw their attention. They often cant remember what you have just said to them. I once had to wait some 20 minutes for coffee in a basically empty restaurant! The waiter, meanwhile, was chatting away with her buddy. Another waiter seemed to be in outer space and I had to repeat my question to him several times. To my question if he brought me vinegar OR another dressing, he kept saying "Yes, yes". One or the other? Yes, yes. The prices are up a lot, too. Kind of a shocker to see 21-24 $ tab on a pizza, even a large one. And if you order for takeout, they add another dollar on top of regular price (WHY?). I could put up with prices if service were good, but lately it hasnt been even decent. I would like to see this restaurant do well, but they really need to train stuff better. A lot better.

Horrible. Only one star because I cannot give 0. Just awful. Food was delivered cold and soggy and over an hour later. Called to ask about it and I was told it was because they got busy. Okay, fine, youre busy, staffing requirements should cover that. No excuse for the time frame when the delivery was 3 miles from the restaurant and my wife cannot drive while I was at work. The pre-teen that answered the phone told me "there was no way" the food could be cold because it wasnt sitting there in the restaurant. Really? Thanks for telling me Im wrong with the product in front of me. Quite honestly if I were home and not my wife I would take the food back there and make them eat it, it was so bad. Horrible first impression wouldnt suggest to anyone.

Not sure why Google lists the address as Beechwood. Its in the plaza to the left of Staples on Newtown Road. I eat a lot (way too much) of pizza and I really enjoy this one. Its a nice thin crust with a good cheese/sauce ratio. Being a purist, I can only comment on the plain cheese pie. Its comparable to the style and quality of some of the trendy trattorias. Its around 11.50 for a lg and you can find a 2.00 coupon in the money mailer. It is becoming my favorite. Given the location I cant give it 5 stars, but the pizza alone is a five.

Stopped in on my dinner break from work and ordered a Panini with mozzarella, tomato and basil on a gluten free bun (size of English muffin) and an iced tea. They left off prosciutto and gave me a tablespoon of basil and charged me $13.50 plus tax. I could have had an early bird 3 course meal at another restaurant for this price and was pretty upset that I didnt just go grab a McWrap w/grilled chicken. I will never go back here and I work next door. Oh well, too expensive for me and for other fellow employees. I was warned and didnt listen.

Awful. Waiters name was Gabriel. He didnt even approach table, but stood a distance away and we had to raise our voices to give him our order. Food did not come out together, and I was served last after everyone else had eaten. Had come here when they first opened, really liked it. Small operation, Brazilian-owned, warm and friendly. But something has happened to the place. Not sure what it is, but it has lost me as a customer. Its a shame, too, because when I do eat out, I prefer to stay local and frequent small family-owned shops.

I have had both experiences at this place. Delivery and dining in. Both of them were great. When I ordered food to be delivered, service was fast and food was hot and exactly the way I ordered. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very warm and welcoming. Nice relaxing tunes on the background. Friendly and quick service. Even spare me some laughs! The menu is very diversified and includes gluten free options. If you are looking for a reasonable priced restaurant with great food and service, this is the place. Highly recommend.

Traveling Businessman Review: Nice quiet quaint restaurant. Good atmosphere and good music. Server was very pleasant and professional. Ordered a Garden Salad with Mozzarella and Creamy Balsamic Dressing and it was perfect. Following that I had a simple Cheese Pizza. Having never been here thats always where I begin; something simple. Pizza was great. Great thin crust and a wonderful tomato sauce. Very flavorful with the perfect zing. I am glad I tried this place. I will return again.

Great atmosphere! Pizza is the best Ive ever had. I dont think Ill ever order pizza from another place. The food as well is great. The chefs really take their time in making the best of each plate. The waitstaff and pizza guys are kind, patient and knowledgable of everything in the restaurant. If youre looking for a quiet, fast, and delicious place ... Then Tivoli is for you. They offer a variety of menus including one especially dedicated to gluten free.

Went to get a calzone and pasta... Pasta was cold and the calzones cheese wasnt even melted. Asked them to heat the calzone, they came back with what could only be described as calzone soup... Now with burnt cheese and ricotta.... Then was charged $40 for the meal. Date got sick from the pasta. 0/5 Never again.

The place is small & plain but its nice overall. I had ordered an appetizer & a pizza but they both came together which annoyed me a little. Also, we had to wait a long time before our food came but when it did come it was worth it! The pizza was very good & I would go back again.

Ive ordered from you a few times, but tonight was the absolute worst. My wifes meatball grinder was horrible, it was all bread. The meatballs were very mushy and bland. The pizza was dry, tasteless and overpriced. Biggest waste of 50 bucks. I wont be ordering from here again.

In town on business, ordered for delivery. Got a small pizza and the greek salad. Pizza was awesome: nice, crispy thin crust; lots of toppings, exactly how I ordered, and hot out of the box. Delivery was fast. Salad was great, too, tons of feta, great house dressing!

Had a great dinner, nice people, and the owner visited our table and we let him know just how great the food and the people were. Highly recommend this place. Friendly hard working Brazilians, with a flair for being friendly.

The staff was professional and friendly, and the service was quick. The ambience was quite nice. I ordered the calzone with mozzarella, basil, and tomatoe, it was good but a little pricey.

Tivolis Pizza and Trattoria is under rated. This spot has delicious food and their pasta fagioli is to die for. The pizza is great and the service is even better!

Pizza wasnt the worst Ive ever had, but Ill never eat there again. Salad, bread and pasta were all edible, but not worth the trip.
