I had a very positive experience at Brio. It was my first time dining here as I am not from Connecticut. Our waitress Shakita was wonderful from the start conversing with my girlfriend and I. She read us the specials and explained to us that we could order anything from the menu and they could tweak it to our liking. We always had refills on the table and we never had to ask. She even brought us over the check right away. There was no rush. I had such a positive experience we will most certainly be back. The food was great! Warning the Penne with Vodka Sauce was a little spicy(It does say so on the Menu)

Food wasnt bad, but the staff treated us like an inconvenience. Took 15 minutes to take our order, 20 minutes to bring simple food out, never refilled a water glass. in spite of asking twice. Had to flag down a waiter (Not ours, I am not sure ours was capable of moving from her conversation with another waitress to actually wait tables) to get the check, and then, had to go drag the check over to pay it. The manager basically shrugged when this was described to her. "Thats not my experience." I love it when people contradict complaints of bad service as if this somehow makes it go away.

This place is horrible. Went twice, the first time was a bust but I know any restraunt can have an off day however the second time was just as bad. For the price the food is not worth it. Portions are rather small and under seasoned and the lobster bisque was far to thick, so much so that I had to send it back. To be clear I know bisque is a thick soup but this was like yogurt. The pasta lacked any flavor and had maybe 3 pieces of chicken that were the size of my thumb. Save your money and go somewhere worth it.

The ambiance is warm and the food is pretty good. A word of advice... If the served suggests an appetizer, ask or read about the details. We ordered the fried calamari, but didnt learn until it was too late that it comes with friend peppers, which we didnt expect or want. One of the managers (Mallory) came over to "handle our displeasure," and she was skilled... It was a nice experience, overall.

Did the happy hour appetizer move. Havent done Happy Hour for years but I went with a group for after work appetizers. Wow. Fresh tomato & Mozzarella salads, Shrimp/eggplant saute and a whole host of mini-dishes to partake. Delicious and a great reason to patronize Brio if youre visiting the Danbury Fair Mall. #newreview

Amazing! From the decor to the food to the waitstaff, everything was up to par. I was seated right away and greeted right away to take my drink order. The Quattro Bruschetta app is so good as is the Chicken Limone! I highly recommend Brio in Danbury!

The whole family went to Brio for Mothers day last year and the surf and turf was more like a hockey puck and rubber shoe. The Ravioli filling was watery on two of dishes. Food was a joke but the service was not as bad. Will NEVER go there again.

I have been to Brios all over the country. I live near the one in Southlake. I am a huge fan. This restaurant is a disgrace. Lazy bar staf that cant be bothered with service. Wont be back. Going to Outback now.

The waiter and manager were very attentive and friendly. I ordered the grilled chicken salad as my entree. It was very good, just.wish the chicken was warm and not.cold. Other than that, it was a great experience.

Normally food is fresh. Today is Monday and bread was stale and salad was rotten. I believe the customer should not have to eat leftovers from previous day. Throw out the salad and always serve fresh veggies.
