Got seated and it took 14 min to get water. Then 2 min later the table behind us got sat. In 2 min they had water and bread brought to the table. Guess they saw my face and we finally got bread. After 45 min we have had drinks and bread. But we ordered everything with the drinks... The people behind us whos order was taken after has eaten theyre salad and has theyre pizza on the table. Finally we decided to leave cause now it has been an hour and the people behind us are finishing theyre pizza. Mind you we ordered the seafood paella and chicken and mozzarella ravioli which also came with salads but they never came. Neither did the clam casino personal pizza we ordered. My wife and I wanted to try something different and this experience has showed me how business is ran. No manager or anything came by and by the end of it all the waiter just comped the drinks and apologized... I felt neglected and I am very disappointed. Ive been in the food industry and this was completely unacceptable.

Dolce is a great Italian restaurant! They have a full wine menu and an excellent Riesling to complement a seafood entree. I enjoyed everything from the salad and bread with olive oil to my entree, the Lobster Ravioli. Its in my list of top 10 Lobster Ravioli dishes anywhere in the Northeast. (The Lobster Sauce it comes with looks like a vodka sauce in appearance, but tastes more like a Lobster Bisque) We also had a beautiful and attentive server who brought everything we needed on time and kept the drinks full. I also tasted the grilled salmon and chicken parm, both were great choices as well. Prices are in line with what you would expect for fresh food from a good Italian Restaurant.

I was there with my family, and we had a really good time, the service was really great and I enjoyed talking to them. Also we all ordered appetizers, I ordered the Tuna Tartar is was phenomenal and my sister and my mom ordered Brussels Sprouts. But what I really enjoyed was my Shrimp and Scallops with Lemon Resotto truly amazing. For my sister she got Chicken Scarpeieloo with hot Cherry peppers on it, she loved it. What I also thought was great was it was my Sister birthday and they gave us free desert and sang happy birthday to her. We had a really good time and we definitely will be back here.

I had such an amazing experience at dolce! My mom flew in from Florida and I took her to dinner in hope to have a fabulous meal ,great service and a beautiful atmosphere ... Well... They exceeded my expectations and couldnt have asked for a better experience . I have a really bad dairy allergy and they were so accommodating and provided so many options !I had the filet and my mom had the veal and both were exceptionally good :) I can not wait to come back ... I hear there is live music on Sundays that I must try !! I am so excited to make this one of my new regular spots !!

I went to Dolce with a friend based upon the outstanding reviews, and we had a good experience too! Carpaccio was decent, the calamari was great, and the lobster raviolis were excellent. The service was very good and the setting, ambiance, music, and seating were quite nice. The menu has plenty of offerings for appetizers, salads, entrees, and desserts. They also have plenty of beer, wine, and specialty cocktails. I will recommend it! Its in a strip mall, so it is easy to miss or pass -- but give it a try, and I am sure you will be glad that you did. :-)

My husband and I dined at Dolce Restaurant and Wine Bar last night with some friends. Everything was great! I loved the new decor, the staff was very friendly and professional, and the food was delicious! We loved the fried calamari and tomato bruschetta appetizers, and my chicken scarpariello was outstanding! Our friends enjoyed their meals as well. The desserts were just as good as the appetizers and entrees. The prices are very reasonable. We will definitely dine at Dolce again!

Went here for a baby shower & sat outside in the garden area. It was a little cramped but the staff was accommodating. The pasta here is fantastic. Could use better bread, kind of blah. The service was very efficient if a little brusk & the bathrooms are clean & smell great. Plus they have plenty of TP! Always a plus for women! I would come here for a casual lunch or dinner.Definitely want to try other options on the menu & check out the service when I am dining with my husband.

Love this place! I had dinner at the bar (great service and super friendly staff). Had an awesome espresso martini. The beet salad has so much good stuff in it. Definitely a new favorite. Choosing an entree was tough. Everything sounded delicious. Ended up getting the fettuccine dolce. Would absolutely recommend the dish to anyone. Coming back to work my way through the menu for sure!

We drove up from long Island for a special family event and loved it! Makes us wish we lived closer so we could go more often! Food was delicious, staff was awesome and the owners are always on site. They have a great bar area too where we got to enjoy some well prepared beverages before everyone came to party. Well definitely look to be going back next trip up there!

The new owners at Dolce are from the area where they were fantastic waiters. Their passion for the food business is palpable. Their customer service is first class. Oh and yes the food is fantastic, authentic and priced fairly. This is my is my familys new go to spot. Try it. You wont regret it.

What make so special this place, its the warm welcoming. Between the food and great service. Is the place to be. Very satisfied with everything. We went there for birthday party. And they give free desert and sing for you. Which made us feel very special. Highly recommend. We will be back again.

I have to say this is one the nicest place. Food is amazing. And the service is great. My favorite dish of all the times is grilled Salmon with lobster sauce also I had hanger steak. Both very fresh and very tasty. This place just feels like home. I would be back.

Yet another "Italian" restaurant in Millplain rd. This spot is not much different than the other Italian eateries in this neighborhood. Nothing unique or special, but definitely a bit improved over the former "Spasi" at this location. Nice owner.
