I had moved to East Hampton a while ago and tried the pizza places in town, and was extremely unimpressed. They all tasted like big chain pizza without the big chain name, about on par with Dominos or Pizza Hut. So whenever I wanted pizza I had to make a ten mile trek into Colchester for Ilianos. This put a serious crimp on my pizza consumption. When the Pizzeria DaVinci moved into the new building in Cobalt, I decided to give them a try since I pass by every day. Needless to say by my rating, the pizza was great. The prices are pretty good, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The cheese to sauce to crust ratio is excellent. The sauce itself is great, and I cant stop getting jalapenos on my pizza, even though i want to work my way through every option.
