Horrible experience. We placed our order didnt get our appitizers until 45 minutes later which were cheese fries which were soggy and gross then waited another 30 minutes some girl which was not our waitress comes to bring us our check. I looked at her and told her we never got our food. And all she said was O. And still left us our check about 5 minutes later our waitress comes by and asks us if we need change I told her too we never got our food she runs off comes back and says our food will be right out we get our food and it was gross you can tell it was sitting there all this time. And we order a pizza to go for our kids and they forgot to do that also. I will never go back there again

Took my mom out for lunch we picked Lunas because this used to be our spot and we havent had it in so long. Walked in and waited 10 min just to be seated and it was not busy at all I knew something was wrong with the service we should have just left then young kid came to wait on us took out drink order and never came back with our drinks we waiting another 10 min for them another waitress finally brung them to us ordered a app and it came out with our food, food was great but service was horrible, wont be coming back sorry, get new servers that know what they are doing that dont lean on the counters and actually come and refill drinks and ask how the food was

Menu prices on their site are not what they state over the phone for deliveries. Menu online is wrong and their prices are actually more. Seriously they need to update their site then. 14$ for wings.... not worth it they are not that good. Calzones are flavorless and overall Im always disappointed when I order from here.

Just left the restaurant because we saw the cook literally rub his face with his BARE hand and not wash them afterwards! Also ordered the nachoes for a app and they were terrible! As we get up, one of the waitress just asked if we wanted our check! Not if something was wrong!? Worst experience!

Is there a way to negatively rate a place? Just had the worst experience possible here on a delivery order. Food showed up 45 mins late, the food was cold, and the order was wrong. And when we called to complain the manager was a complete rude jerk. This place out to be out of business

Very bad delivery experience. Pizza was cold when it arrived. They forgot to bring second half of the order so their delivery guy had to go back to the restaurant and come back again. We were overcharged, and when we called they said they didnt know how that happened.
