Great (maybe even fantastic) pizza, but when theres a problem, you can forget about customer service. I placed an order and was told that it would be 45 minutes to an hour. After more than an hour had passed, I called to see what the status of my order was. Apparently the delivery driver left my food at another house, more than a block away. They told me theyd make another order, and it would be out right away. I waited 25 minutes and called again, just to be told it would be another 15 minutes. I waited those 15 minutes, then called and told them to refund my card, I wouldnt be paying for the food. They could deliver it or not, but either way, I wasnt paying. The manager was put on the phone, and had the nerve to question why I was upset. A few minutes later, the delivery guy actually shows up. I told him that I called the restaurant, and I had no intention of paying for the food. He shrugged, said well, here you go and handed it to me anyway. My family starts eating, and a couple of minutes later the doorbell rings again. Its the delivery guy, and he says his manager is insisting that he get the food back. I gave him back everything that hadnt already been bitten into. Ive been ordering pizza from Peppas for a couple months now, but tonights order will be the last.

I had ordered Pizza here a few times and it was usually pretty quick and the Pizza was really good! So for that I want to give 4 stars but my most recent experience was so horrible it barely deserves one star. The girl taking the order over the phone was unfocused, couldnt comprehend simple instructions, upon pickup she was very uninterested, our order (and several others during our visit) was wrong. The whole process of handling the issue was very unprofessional and rude, after receiving a refund we were wrongfully told the order will be corrected and out in a couple minutes which turned into wasting an additional 20 minutes of our time for nothing. Would have been longer if one of the cooks hadnt noticed us waiting and came over to let us know and offer help. Bad enough the first thing you notice when entering are overflowing trash cans and flies all over. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Its a shame when people dont take pride in their business.

Just waited an hour and a half for delivery. Now waiting some more as I heat up the ice cold food they delivered in the oven....even though THEY ARE LOCATED ON THE SAME STREET AS ME. What can I say? Im not sure who owns this place, but for the last seven years that I have lived in this neighborhood, the restaurant has been run almost entirely by children. From the people who answer the phones, go to the child who just delivered my cold food, I have never seen a single adult working in this establishment. Its like Lord of the Flies. Thats not to say that the kids are nice, they are just unprofessional. I dont order from here very often, but when I do, its routinely cold or just incorrect all together. I would have called tonight to complain about my cold food, but for what? To explain myself to a 16-year-old thats probably getting paid peanuts? The food itself is decent if you order in so I cant complain about that.

I always liked Peppas but Ill never eat there again. Today we ordered a pizza for delivery.. half pineapple, half pepperoni. They delivered a pizza half hawaiian and half pepperoni. Not a huge deaI and I can see how that happened. But... I dont eat pork so its an issue. We call to see if we can get a new pizza that wed even come pick up. My husband goes to pick it up and they make us a personal pineapple pizza after explaining that his wife doesnt eat pork. Last slice of the pizza has two pepperonis hidden under the cheese... seriously, guys?! Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

My husband and I have eaten pizza once a week since we were first married 35 years ago, so I feel very qualified to critique pizza. Peppas does not take a backseat to anyone. They have the most interesting combinations and if you cant agree on a flavor there is always the option of individual slices. Love that "Pick a Peppa Pie"!! Dont miss Peppas.

My husband and I were referred to Peppas by a friend. We started with their barbeque chicken pizza, which is by far the best we have ever had. The other week we ventured off from our staple meal and got calzones, which were also fantastic. A great value for your money! I was eating the calzone for three meals! Peppas is fantastic!

tottaly BAD expirience!! i order 2 slice of pepperoni and they gave me 2 uncooked pieces of dough with sauce and cheese. i called them right away ,i went in less than 9 min. and they just ask me if i want them to put it back in the oven...NASTY!! NO MORE BUSSINES THERE FROM ME ,MY FAMILY!! BEST PIZZA INDIAN ORCHARD!!! THE BEST

The food may be good. But the customer service is horrible and denying someone service because you cant afford more delivery drivers is crazy. Whats the point of two locations if you cant provide proper delivery service Ive spent a lot of money with them, but Ill take my business where its appreciated.

Really good food, but the delivery boy showed up at the door with a tip estimator, with no cjoice bur 15% minimun, persoanlly i believe 15% is a but much ti walk food to the door...as a hairstylist i sometimea dont get 15% for a great haircut that last months!

The girl who answered the phone was rude her attitude was like a 7 year old. She told me since they were closing in 13 min and already had 5 other orders she wasnt gana take my order.... Dunno why she answered the phone then. Disappointing.
