The first time we visited this particular sonic they were out of onion rings ( didnt give any replacement or warning with chicken strip dinner which I ordered and it comes with them,) only said something when I later tried to order onion rings theyre ice cream machine was turned off at 9 pm (when half price starts at 9) asked for ranch no ranch came time 2 figured Id give it a second chance, order completely wrong asked for ranch 5x like stressed it this time , still no ranch there was what appeared to be a bite taken out of my chicken strip... asked nicely to have it remade got back talk and attitude from Taylor our car girl, very unprofessional and argumentive then attitude when I insisted it be remade remake had 1-1.5 in chicken strips vs the usual 3 in or so the tiniest ones they could find... when my fiancé asked if they were having a good night he got the response NO its been a HORRIBLE NIGHT girl pretty much screamed at him, and lastly didnt bring spoons with our ice cream ( and at this point we had to go in to get them) this place twice now has been a horrible visit, sorry but Ill take business elsewhere until this is resolved - hire friendly upbeat staff! Sheesh, descent customer service seems to be too much to ask for, very very displeased

My fiancés first time there and we were not impressed at all. Bill was $30 for the two of us and our order was completely wrong. The kid at the register was dumber than a box of rocks. We even questioned him as he was calling our order back to the kitchen and he insisted he called it back correct. How do u order a hot dog with mustard only and get a hot dog with chili and the receipt read hot dog no cheese.I will Never go back there! Also we wanted something he couldnt find on the register so pretty much said he couldnt find the button so we couldnt order it.. wow! All set thanks sonic for an expensive dinner when joey garlics cost about the same and its great service and great food. Disappointed

Well I feel Im being generous with a 3 star rating. The concept and look of the place gets 4 stars. Issue is the food is marginal at best and the speaker in the drive up was crazy loud and the staff member kept scream "WHAT" over and over as I was speaking. That process needs to get fixed.(#3 drive in) Also the payment method wasnt explained. After the order I asked "Do you need my credit card?" No answer. So when the delivery person came over I ask how do I pay with my credit card.... She looked at me very confused. So I just handed her the cash. It was a crazy odd experience. Good thing is I didnt get food poisoning. For that they get 3 stars.

This was my first time going into Sonic and now Im in LOVE with that place! Ive tried the chicken strips and fries and they were the bomb! Also, I looooooved the Oreo & cake shake! It was amazing! Try that while you can! And I love how the place has so many "master blasts" and shakes that look so good! Im dying to try a lot of these! And the fact that they play really good music in the background is another little bonus! Ill definitely be coming back many more times! Wish this place was closer to where I live!

Got the new concrete custard. Three of them four my family, very little toppings, mine, the Oreo dark chocolate, didnt have ANY dark chocolate syrup in it. So they remade it. Still had VERY LITTLE in it. Like... The picture looks like chocolate, but they hand you slightly brown vanilla. Doesnt taste at ALL like dark chocolate. Cutting food cost at the expense of customer happiness is how you lose customers.The one on the left is the REMAKE. pitiful.

Have been here about 5 time. 0 times I got exactly what I ordered. The best is when you buzz them to correct the order and they tell you itll be right out and they forget about you. This place must be run by a high school kid. I literally order 3 things and two of them are wrong. Ive been to Sonics all over the country and none were even close to this bad. None of them were bad at all except this one.

I know hard you guys working in the kitchen or outside. I dont mind about the price, but please! When the customers order foods please come out like the pictures the same they ordered. Dont just do quick quick and done. Look at your job and look at customers, they will happy when the food comes out like they ordered. DO A GOOD JOB, MONEY WILL RUN TO YOU. KEEP YOUR CUSTOMERS DONT KICK YOUR CUSTOMERS

Ordered 3 waffle cones and 3 sundaes. Watched them place the 3 waffle cones on the base on the counter and waited 14 min for the sundaes. Gave me 3 melted cones. Then 2 out of the 3 sundaes were made completely wrong. The 3rd was melted. Told her to correct the 2 wrong sundaes and she told me that they were done correctly and wouldnt fix them. Handed a all the melted ice cream back and got a refund.

I have always had a pleasant experience and good food here. Love the car hop service, they have always been quick and cheerful, and very happy to get any other things I might need. We have fun bringing our dog for a free doggie sundae, and she gets very excited to dine out with us! Drinks and ice creams are half price after 5 (I think its 5??) Which makes for a nice summer evening treat.

If I could give this place less than one star I would. I waited 10 minutes for someone to even come and take my order. On top of that I waited another 20-30 minutes to receive my food. In the process of waiting I saw a staff member drop a pan on the floor than continue to use it. In addition he was constantly touching his face and hair while handling food. Completely disgusted.

Nothing. Went out of my way to go there for shake special. Price charged was full price. Inquired why... That promotion is over I was told by a "manager" in a black sonic shirt... DESPITE the offer still being offered on the electronic sign next to the cash register????? Italian Ice shop down the road better nutritional choice and at a good price point. No more Sonic for me..

Dining in your car is always a pleasant experience. 8/17/15 was my first time ever going in to a sonic. The tables were all dirty, the outdoor patio area was very dirty. My order came out wrong. When I went back up to the counter to ask for the right food, the casheire was nowhere to be found. When I asked for the correct food. She gave me an attitude.

Very long wait. 5 minutes for someone to pick up the speaker. 30 minutes for the food to come out. One false alarm where they brought someone elses order to my car, and finally, had to wait another 5 minutes for my change. Staff seemed irritated that I complained instead of apologetic.

Great place , great food ,great people at a good price if I had the choice having 6 dollars left I could go to micky Dees but rather have a great burger was waiting for a sonic around my area for almost 15 years since I last went to Florida great service then amazing service now
