Okay so, let me tell you. This place is the bomb diggity. The ramen is really flavorful and just right. The noodles were a great texture, the Egg was soft boiled perfectly so when you broke into it, the gooey golden deliciousness awaited me. All the ingredients were top notch fresh, and dont get me started about that pork. Holy bageegus. That pork was perfectly seared and cooked to be so juicy and flavorful, I cant even explain. Now, Ive certainly tried the other ramen place here in Hartford County, and this one beats the other by a looooong shot. The satisfaction I felt after eating here should be the standard, and while the other place didnt even meet a grade of D, this place is an A++++. The staff are so sweet and kind, I even got to chat with one of them about the band t-shirt I had on. That overwhelmed me with joy. Additionally to the ramen, I had okonomiyaki, which though I expected to be a larger size, was incredibly tasty and just as I imagined it would be. In conclusion, the time I spent waiting for this place to open was rewarded with incredible staff, delicious food, and a charming atmosphere. Especially since they just opened, this is a great start to a successful restaurant!! Arigato minnasan ~

Very underwhelming experience, went on a Friday at 630. It took 30 minutes to get our drinks, ended up ordering food before getting our beverages, took another 45 to get the food. The flavors in the ramen bowls were excellent however the staff was unorganized or maybe they were under staffed. The server wasnt very knowledgeable about all of the items on the menu. Many folks in the restaurant that evening were clearly dissatisfied with their experience. We were very excited to try this place but it came short of the strong reviews below. Not sure if we will be returning anytime soon.

I dont log in to google to review anything ever, but this place was worth it 100%. I love Japanese food, but have had my share of sushi, and this place has vastly different kinds of food than any other asian restaurant Ive tried. I came all the way from SOUTHBURY and did not leave disappointed ♥ The ramen bowls are huge so I always have something left to take home. Okonomiyaki and rice balls are hard to find around here, so I always make sure to get those too. Definitely worth the trip!

The food is about half way to authentic, tastes like it was cooked by someone who doesnt eat a lot of Asian food. The egg in my ramen was perfectly cooked but the broth was just too watered down and lacking flavor. The decor is also lacking. The service is the real savior, very attentive and friendly staff. This place is FAR better than Bob Ramen but still leaves a lot to be desired. I hope this place sticks around but they need a new cook.

The food is good. It is traditional homestyle Japanese cuisine. I had Tonkatsu Ramen and a mango bubble tea. It was delicious. The rest of my group liked their food as well. The service is great and the place is very clean. The interior is very simply and boring. They could use some decoration. The outside of the building is so plain that we almost missed it. No complaints about what matters though!

My boyfriend and I go to Ramen-Ya all the time! The food and service are great! We usually have sit down meals there, but were feeling under the weather right now, so we ordered ramen to go a few days ago. It was ready quickly, and tasted just as good as ever. Weve introduced several of our friends to this wonderful restaurant as well, and theyve all loved it as much as we do. Until next time

Took forever for our food (almost 2hrs)!! And when it did come out the chicken in my ramen was hard and super dry. The broth was meh. Its a cold atmosphere and staff seems like they dont have a clue about what is going on... dont recommend! Not coming again the food and service is not worth what you pay for...

Very filling for noodles! Reasonable prices, tasty food, and great service. You wont be disappointed! My only critical review would be they could use a little more work on the atmosphere, walls are a bit bare, but theyre new so they get a pass. I look forward to eating there again.
