Lets start with the good, the food and ambiance. Cool place, pretty easy to miss but the exterior looks cool and the interior has a good feel, nice lighting, early 90s music and substantial seating. I got the Ruben and it was good, the fries were great too. They have a really solid tap list as well, lots of local options too which is nice. Now unfortunately we have to move on to the bad, the really really bad, the service. Once we walked in we had a chance to take the place in, the decor, the bar area and see some of what they had on tap. Then we had some more time to check out the seats, tables and floor. And a little more so we could see the ceiling, notice a pixel or two out on a tv, and think about that thing we did 7 years ago for no apparent reason. And then some more to count the nails in the floorboards and see which ones were slightly over driven. And some more to... you get the point. So once we got seated we were ready, I had a snack before we went so I wouldnt be in a crappy mood and write them a two star yelp review for being relatively slow, unfortunately they were so slow standing at the door for 5 minutes seemed like a great option. Took about 10-15 before anyone asked what we wanted to drink, we decided to order everything right then and there to save them another week long trek through the Sahara desert that must be hidden in the kitchen somehow. Now we waited. And waited. And waited. Still at that point I was willing to give them 4 stars for effort and if the food was good, which for my Ruben at least, was. Once we got the food we were ready and my wife noticed she got a few sweet potato fries instead of the regular side she ordered, the waitress was friendly at this point and said shed get us the side we ordered, they just werent ready so she threw those on there just because, ok cool fine with us lets eat. So we did just that and then we waited. And waited. And waited... and hey theres the fries.... 20 minutes after we got our food, we told our server Danielle L (We assume the L means loathing, not confirmed yet) that we were all set at that point and that she could take them back. She left them there on the table after saying "ok" and scoffing at us... alright I guess? So after another 15 minutes she brings back the check (we had actually gotten up and started standing at this point because we needed to stretch our legs) and we had requested at the outset that we would like separate checks for our family and our friend that insists on paying for himself, we did not get separate checks. Normally not an issue at all but would we really make Danielle hike back through the entire Appalachian trail just to separate them? Yeah we did! She was definitely not happy about that, then because Im such a terrible person I had asked if she could take the side of fries we didnt get until after we were done eating and had asked her to take back off the check, that really ruined her entire life somehow, begrudgingly she took them off, which I thanked her about. Finally we were able to leave with bewilderment at the service, and full stomachs fortunately. All in all, it was a less than enjoyable time and I dont plan on going back when theres places like Fennagains and Vaughns not that far away. Maybe it was an off time for them (330 on Sunday) and they were short staffed, still, we were three of about 12 people in the entire place so I cant see how that would work out. Im glad I checked it out with a small group before getting gung-ho about it, hopefully theyll improve and I can go back in a couple years, it has a huge potential to be great and I would love to see it be great.

Walked in with a party of eight at 2pm on a Saturday. The interior is very nice. There is dark wood and pleather everywhere. While ordering we found that there were many items that they were "out of", like, there was no soup of the day. And they did not have certain hot wing sauces. The crack balls were pitifully bland and tasted only of mashed potato, no salt or pepper even. The people who ordered the wedge salad said the tomatoes were rotten. The Irish nachos had just the smallest amount of cheese and a tiny dollop of sour cream. And the fresh made potato chips tasted like fish. The clam chowder had what looked like a "pudding skin" on it and had obviously been sitting around quite some time. The crock from the french onion soup had numerous hairs on it. There was also seafood mixed in with the fries, luckily that person did not have food allergies . The harvest mac n cheeze was missing a main ingredient from its description on the menu. It had way too much salt and one of them had bit of plastic in it. Plus it states $15.99 on the menu but we were charged $17.99 each on three orders. That was somehow the computers fault. This is chain food at its worse. Received one star because the beer was cold.

I went in for lunch today with a friend. The service was really poor. The server, Melissa H. acted like she didnt want to be there. She shouldnt be serving people. Plus, with help like her they are losing money. My friend was drinking beer and would have purchased a few more had the server been attentive but instead our glasses set empty for long periods of time. This isnt my first experience here as Ive been in several times and dont like to pass judgement on single incidents. I like the food and its pretty nice inside but the staff just doesnt get good service. Last week I had some friends in from Florida and I tried to take them there for dinner. There were 6 of us and when they started to seat us there was a large party having a good time drinking and being loud on one side of the pub. They wanted to seat us right next to them. We requested a table on the other side were it was a little less loud. They refused and let 6 paying customers walk out with nothing but "sorry, good bye". I dont plan on going back and I wouldnt recommend.

Food was good. Band was great, but management needs to do something about the outside area. We moved outside after dinner around 9:30pm for drinks and were told that due to a shortage in staff they were no longer serving outside although there was a waitress taking orders, but she was ignoring us and finally told us she was leaving and we had to go inside for drinks....This is 9:30pm on a beautiful Saturday evening. The other issue is that all the smokers were in the NON-SMOKING area. We had to get the host to come out multiple times to get them to move to the SMOKING area.....almost resulting in a fight with the SMOKERS. Despite the food and music, I think my friends and I will find a better managed place to spend a Saturday evening. Personally I think this place does not warrant 3 stars but Im trying to give them benefit of the doubt. With some minor changes in their staff, these problems could be fixed
