At DIA there were 3 Pandas not one the same. Please remember this is Asian fast food not cook to order while you wait and are waited on. I have ate here at this location 3 times. All late just prior to closing. One time insisting we wait while cooking us fresh fried rice instead of making us consume the last of the bowl. I find the food fairley decent for this location. The only reason people could possibly get bad food is there own impatients or refusal to ask for what they want. If your order is wrong you should have checked it before leaving. They seem to work diligently at cleanliness as well - crucial, especially at Asian digs. For the most part I have had quick & friendly service with only one lapse of service not significant enough to recall... Yes I will return to this panda again.

How can it take so long to put food into a styrofoam container? Its already cooked and on display, and each bin has dedicated serving utensils. Yet I still waited 10 minutes in a line that started out with about 10 people in front of me and had to leave before I could get food. Seriously. Just scoop the food into the container. Really simple. And their drive through speaker was broken, so their genius solution to inform their customers of this fact was to park a minivan in the drivethrough with a small paper sign written in pen on the back window. When I finally left, there were three cars sitting in the drive through, thinking that the minivan was another customer in line and not a barrier. My God, its like the place is managed by a middle school child.

Their employees need some social skills. Edited down to two stars from 3. Went in today and was told that they couldnt do a small entree all the cards because they didnt have the boxes a la carte because they didnt have the boxes. I asked if they could put the small amount in the medium box. This apparently blew their minds as something that could never be possible. The lady asked me if the small amount she put in the medium box was enough. I replied simply to put whatever the small amount would be into the medium box. They charged me for the medium box with about half of what would normally be in it. I decided it was not worth the $2 or three dollars to try to speak their dumbed down version of customer service.

Sad because I LOVE Panda Express food and this is the closest location to my house. But they are terrible. I will never go again. The first time I ordered a bowl and it was all chicken no rice. So I gave them another chance and this time it was all rice no chicken in my bowl. Oh and there was a hair in my rice. And my order of spring rolls only had one roll! Oh and the soy sauce they gave me was all dirty like it was in a box of soy sauce packets and one of them exploded all over the rest. Definitely avoid this location at all costs

We waited a half hour for chicken teriyaki, then orange chicken, then fried rice, and none of the employees seemed concerned at all about our wait. These people are clearly being drastically underpaid, and consequently dont care at all about the service they are giving. Two stars because at least the food was good, but we wont be going back to that location. The one in Wheat Ridge is worse. The one in Belmar is hit or miss. Panda Express really needs to think about doing better for their workers.

It sucks 5 employees, 3 girls up front. The blond was really a dumb blond .she picked up the trays from the lobby and every table was dirty. Rice and food on every table, trash over flowing and they had 10 minutes while I was there, to clean. Thats the problem with people today is that if they are not told what to do they will not do it. What a waste for this restaurant. Need to tell them this is what to expect or your fired. That is how it was for my generation. Food was the only thing good.

Nice it has a drive through!! But it sucks because employers dont pay attention to the customer, I asked for a large lemonade and got water instead (obviously the machine run out of it ) also told the lady because I didnt see a straw in the bag , I asked did you give me a straw? And she said "Yes" so I didnt get one at the end! Food its okay , if you go make sure you get what you ask before leaving the place!

I waited until they opened and went to their drive thru. No one helped so I went to the door and it was still locked. So I knocked and the two workers sat there and didnt open up the front door. Just ignored us. So we went to culvers next door who helped us right away. This location isnt great at customer service as it is, they could at least open on time and not ignore their customers.

Dont go to this panda. 9 times out of 10 you have to wait for your food to be made. They never have enough of anything we like or thats popular. This panda has messed up my order multiple times and the only reason I go back Is because its a half mile from my house. The rice is never made correctly and the employees are teenagers that just dont care. Go to a different one.

The food was good, I am a fan of Panda Express. The service today was terrible. The wait was not long but the girl who served me hardly spoke and made no eye contact. If I hadnt been familiar with the process and the choices available to me in would have been very lost and more frustrated than I already was. The customer service was non-existent at this location today.

Very poor service, long wait times. Food poorly presented, many items needed refreshing. I have been to other Panda Express and this is the worst. I tried it several times to see if they would improve as they got their feet on the ground. Boy was I wrong, it just got worst. How do you run out of rice?! Save your time, drive up to 80th and get some good Thai Food.

was surprised that the kung pao chicken is made with large chunks of chicken and veggies with watery sauce, instead of smaller pieces with gravy like sauce at other panda express. also got ½ the portion i ordered. went through drive thru so didnt see the food until got home. will not go to this location again!

40mins. Stuck in the drive thru Once I get to the window they tell me chow mein will take 5 more minutes. Well it took 10+minutes So I get my order and Im missing 2 items. So I walked in the girl says all your stuff was in your bags..... NO! if it was in my bags I wouldnt of HAD to came inside. Just rude!

Horrible service I have never ate anywhere before were I was treated with such disrespect the food wasnt ready I waited 20 minutes to get my order when I was told it would only be 7-10 minutes worst eating experience I have had by far dont eat here unless you have an hour of your time to waist
