Terrible service this evening. Hostes sat my family of 4 (2 kids, 4 and 1) and did not give us any kids menus. Had to go back to the host station to ask for them. We then sat for over 10 minutes with not even a hi from a server and no waters or anything on the table. Kids where hungry and impatient fortunately the table had a computer we could put in an order for kids menu items. Got up again to ask a bus boy to find us a server. Finally a server named Mia came to the table and blamed the problem on the hosts. She took our order and fortunately the kids food we put in on the computer was delivered. A manager came to the table and apologized but did not offer any discounts. We thought things may get better but not really. Drinks took forever then longer for bread and even longer for salad. Our waitress seemed to have no idea how to use a tray and carried everything out in her hands. She carried out my wifes drink squeezed in her armpit. Kids where tired and done before we even got our food. We decided that salad and bread where enough for us to eat and asked to get our food to go before the kiddos lost it. No discount ever given or follow up from the manger.

We love Olive Garden. its one of favorite places to go as a family. So thats why we picked it to celebrate my 6 year olds birthday. Our experience last night was terrible though. Our server was very inattentive. We were there for almost two hours and she came by our table twice, other than when we had to leave our seats and flag someone down. We sat for so long that we went through 2 rounds of drinks before our food finally came to us. It had been under the heat lamps for so long that our pasta was dried out and my fettuccine noodles were actually crunchy. When my sister decided to send her food back, it was another server that offered to assist us, since ours was nowhere to be seen. She must have heard about our complaints though. Because she came over and insisted that the food was fine but perhaps the flavor was "too smokey". If the place was packed, I would perhaps be a bit more understanding. However it was not. I will never go to this particular location again. We just wanted to have a nice night as a family and do something special for my son. It was ruined. My son didnt even want to have his free ice cream sundae. Thats how over it we all were.

I am a regular at Olive Garden, and this evening was the worst experience. Our waitress, Connie, was slow and and seemed to be overwhelmed. After, finishing my first beverage, I wasnt offered a refill. Then, we were brought cold soup. Finally, our appetizer was brought and Connie, said I forgot you had ordered appetizers. Connie, apologized, bc she was busy and given so many tables in different rooms. She even said, that she wasnt going to clear the table, so she didnt have to wait on anyone else. By this point, everyone in our party, was annoyed and asked her to have our food boxed, since we were just going to take our meals home. The food came out on a plate, and I asked for to-go containers; we waited 20 minutes and no one came, so my sister went and got them from the hostess. Finally, Connie, came back and said, oh you already have boxes. We asked for our check, so we could go, we waited another 20 minutes before it was brought to us along with our To-Go order. The overall experience today, was a F rating. Will, be a while before we come back here for our family dinners.

Regarding the olive garden in westminster near 36. I loveED olive garden. I was craving olive garden. What do I get? An introduction to my electronic waiter that I "didnt have to use" . A rookie waiter, who has been shoe horned into doubles after two weeks of employment, and having to ask for water several times. Being forgotten a few times. Missing parts of my order. A salad with barely enough dressing. No question if we got enough salad. Having my food microwaved so bad that it tasted like crap. My waiter thinking that the electronic waiter was the best thing since sliced bread. Having to ask for my chocolate mint. Having to carry my breadstick in hand on the way out. Having to ask the seating staff for a bag. I so wish I was exaggerating. I say boycott olive garden in protest of how they abuse their staff and for introducing their crappy electronic waiter.

Well this olive garden is one of the worst corporate run restaurant ever. The Customer service was horrendous. First off me and my pregnant wife waited to be seated for 20minutes, when I was looking around there were clean tables everywhere and it seemed fairly dead. Then we finally get seated just to wait another 20 minutes with no service not even a hello, or can we get you a water nothing. 3 other tables did get seated after us and where being served. So I went up to say something and some young guy told me he was a manager and as Im telling him the situation he starts to laugh at me. Wow for reals. Then I leave with my wife and I call and ask to speak to a manager, i get a lady on the phone and after telling her the situation she the tells me to hold because she needs to get the real manager. I would diffentlly not recommend this chain of olive garden.

We took my sister in to celebrate her birthday however didnt entirely enjoy our visit. The food was great however our server seemed to be having trouble. Out soup was requested to come with our appetizers but it didnt come till after our meal made it to our table. As well our drinks were never offered to be refilled nor were our dirty dishes removed through outbthis meal so by time we were done we sat with a stack of our dishes and other plates cluttering our table. Then finally when we ordered dessert she forgot to enter it until after bringing another tables wrapped up and ready to go. Once the dessert was brought out we didnt have any plates to prevent a mess on our table. Ive served for years and honestly I never tip less than 10 if its under 50 bucks and todays lunch service was not worth the check.

On Friday, May 12th, we arrived at your restaurant on 88th in Westminster, CO. We were told it would be a 20-25 minute wait, after specifically requesting a patio table. After 45 minutes (!) we were called to be seated, and were led to an inside table. We reminded the staff we requested an outside table. A few confusing minutes of staff interaction later, we were taken outside. Much to our surprise, another couple was seated and already had drinks. Normally not a big deal, except this couple had just arrived to the restaurant a mere 10 minutes prior. The waitress arrived, and asked the typical how are you. We explained what had happened, only to have her actually argue the events. After 10 years of patronage, we will never return.
