Living in Edgewater, US Thai Café is KING. So I took a shot at Thialicious to compare. First impression the menu has more variety. I ordered take out. When I arrived I saw the restaurant inside is beautiful, full bar and plenty of space and comfort. I ordered Green Curry & Drunken Noodle. Walking out I felt the bag I was carrying felt a little light. I was correct. The Green Curry I ordered for $9.50 was simply pint size, compared to US Thai where you get a quart. I was disappointed. Also I got 3/4 of a container of rice which was weird and again disappointing. Drunken Noodle was OK, good taste but chicken was dry and only 4-5 pieces. Green Curry tasted good but I was hung up on the small portion size for the price. I don’t think the quality of food/taste was better US Thai. I give Thialicious the edge for their interior and likely a way better dining experience. I mostly do take out so if you are looking for more food for your dollar and honestly more authentic Thai taste stick with US Thai.

I cannot say that I was wholely disappointed with my visit. The food was OK, but it had an American drag on what should otherwise be explosive flavor. I had the padthai which was a little oily, Tom kah soup while it was coconut milk based, was watered down. We also had an alternative laab dish with glass noodles. Once again, while the dish was not bad, but the typical zing and flavor that you would associate with thai food was missing. It was a Sunday at lunch, that morning I was talking to my brother who was visiting the Thai temple in Tampa that does authentic Thai street food once a week for 1000s. Put me in the mood for Thai, but after this I kind of wish I would have gone for bunch next door.

This had been on my "list of restaurants to try" for a long time - finally checked it off tonight and was very pleased. First of all, the atmosphere: very authentic feel and sits in the perfect balance of being classy and romantic while still catering to the laid-back customer. Prices were very reasonable and the service was fast and friendly. I got the Karee (Yellow) Curry and was very pleased with the flavor and portion...I enjoy spicy food so I ordered it hot (***) and they delivered as promised. My wife had the Pad Thai and liked her dish a lot as well. I thought it was one of the better pad thais that I have ever had. Dont hesitate to stop in here and give it a try! I know we will be back -

Its a slight step above US Thai in terms of the quality of the food. Granted I also like US Thai. The food always tastes slightly better here and the meat is always tender. That said from a service standpoint US Thai has slightly better service. The staff at Thailicious is never rude or anything its just that the people at US Thai have the system down where as Thailicious just opened so thats probably why. Its my new favorite asian place in the area. Granted I go out to eat because I want good food and dont want to cook so its no big deal. I never understood why people rate places so low simply because they were not pampered with service or had to wait to be seated. I rate based on food.

Thailicious is my favorite Sloans Lake thai spot (though its got some stiff competition... you know who you are). Its an upscale-casual with great staff and an awesome menu. Ive probably ordered from these guys around 20 times now, trying most of the menu in the process, and havent been disappointed. My top dishes are the Basil & Chili stir fry and the Tropical Fried Rice. Ive thoroughly enjoyed everything Ive ordered, and love being able to try thai dishes that arent commonly found around town. Thai Smile Combo! Definitely recommend!

I ordered the papaya salad and coconut soup with level 2 spice. They skimped the vegetables in the salad and the flavor was almost nonexistent for both items. Very bland food overall and I couldnt taste any spiciness whatsoever. I still ate the salad but threw away the soup after a few bites. My boyfriend got curry and pad thai, both of which had more flavor than my items and could still be eaten, though he was still unimpressed and slightly disappointed. The rice was overdone and stuck together, just mush. Bummed i spent $40 here.

The food was great and service was awesome! My fiancee and I have quite a few allergies and Thailicious was very accommodating to us. I have been twice so far and plan to eat there again tonight! Absolutely love it. I highly recommend checking them out if you live in the area. I prefer the taste of their food over US Thai Cafe and the atmosphere is far superior... Thailicious is very relaxing and has a trendy bright atmosphere.

The Food is good this is the 3rd time I ate there, but when we were there yesterday they had CNN blasting the political rhetoric. I just wanted to have a nice lunch with my friend and it was very distracting. I ordered a coffee and it was bad so I had the waiter take it and was not offered a refund or alternative. I tipped the usual 20% but wont return. I dont want to dine anywhere that is pushing any political agenda. Too bad..

We have been here three times now and each time I feel like the food hasnt been consistent. The ambiance and décor are great, and the service is wonderful. While the food is good, its not my favorite Thai restaurant in the area. The last time, my curry came out a bit cold and the heat level was really mild for what I ordered, still tasty nonetheless. Not jumping up and down to go back, but would consider it.

The food here is amazing! Like the best Thai in Denver. If you know of one better message me and Ill test it out. However I cant give it 5 stars due to service. Every single time Im here I basically get ignored. Ordered beers several times that I never got. Wait 30 minutes or longer for a check. Never get refills. Its basically endless list of terrible service.

Best papaya salad in Denver! Proper light, non-greasy, uplifting curry sauces. Fresh veggies and quality meats. Hip decor from Bangkok and terrific atmosphere. Patio overlooking Sloans lake and the city skyline. Ive been to Thai restaurants from New York to SF. This is definitely my favorite in Denver and could hold its own in any city in America.

Horrible overall. First and foremost, all the food was way, way too salty. Second, they messed up my to-go order. They overcharged me and forgot some of the food. Third, when I called them about the order mistake, they argued with me. They said they knew they forgot some of the food, but they wanted to argue about which food was missed.

Thailicious has some of best thai food I have ever had! If you want noodles, definitely try the Pad Thai or Drunken Noodles. Generous portions, it always takes me at least two servings to get through a whole dish. The restaurant has a nice relaxing and chill atmosphere for dining in, though I mostly wnd up getting delivery or to go orders.
