Horrible service. Gal at drive thru was rude, didnt look me in the eye, swore under her breath, and wasnt friendly in the slightest. I am VERY respectful to fast food workers. I smile and am kind. I expect politeness in return...at least. Then we were missing one fry. I went in and very politely asked for the missing fry and the gal who hands it to me (a different one) didnt say sorry or smile or anything. I cannot believe how incredibly rude these teenage girls were. When I was a teen and worked fast food, I was friendly, polite and kind to everyone who came in the restaurant. Where have the manners gone? If I messed someones order up I didnt just apologize, I profusely apologized and made up for it by giving them something bigger and better. I would never have treated my costumers that way. It breaks my heart that this next generation doesnt know how to be polite or apologize when they mess up. How hard is it to say youre sorry that the order wasnt correct? Not hard at all. Stuck up little snobs. Sorry, not sorry. PARENTS - TEACH YOUR KIDS HOW TO BE RESPECTFUL PEOPLE. These kids are not going to get far in life with these rotten attitudes. It breaks my heart.

TLDR; play it safe with a big name, food and staff suck Wanted to support a smaller burger chain instead of going to Wendys or McDonalds. Both times Ive given it a go the staff is rude, the food takes very long to come out, the burgers had potential to be good but were cold, the bread was stale, and an overall feeling that this is a poorly run place.... dont give them your money, they dont deserve it.

They got our order wrong, and charged us for the wrong order, then instead of refunding the money on the card, they gave us the refund in cash. We had a chili dog left over, and no one wanted it, so i threw it away, and it was stinking up the trash the next morning and already had mold on it.

The worst polish sandwich I have ever had there. The polish sausage was not cooked and the bread used was the ends. They need to get it better at least make sure the sausage is cooked and dont use the ends of the bread.plus there was no cheese at all.

Waiting in Drive Thru for 3 Burgers and 2 corndogs now 15 mins. Smh. The drive thru girl is rude. Real rude. Cant believe it takes tgis ling. Now U asked the lady for ketchup and she rolled her eyes. Oh well cant win them all

Just got done sitting in the drive thru for 20 mins with no one in line. When I checked the food the order was wrong. Tried to get the attention of the of person working the window, gave us the finger. Unprofessional!!

Good food but the lady working the drive thru is slow and clueless. Rest of the women working there look slow too. Could have so much more business if they kept up. Saw 3 cars leave drive thru waiting for my food.

I drive out here from Colorado Springs every so often with my wife and 5 kids just to enjoy the food here. Its not Wienershnitzel (like in Callifornia) but its as close as it gets and I love it!

Has a variety of foods at a reasonable price. Theres a drive thru, dining inside & tables to eat outside. The staff is friendly & this place is always well staffed and clean. *****5 STARS*****
