Takes the cake for the worst fast food restaurant in Golden. Characterized by poor food quality and incompetent workers, this has got to be the worst fast food joint I have ever been to. Menu prices are consistently wrong, and the workers are completely oblivious to any customer needs. If you ask them why something rang up for twice as much as the menu says, they stare blankly at you. If you try to order something that has multiple options (grilled or crispy), rather than tell you that you that there multiple options they stare at you blankly. If you ask them about a new product you saw on a TV ad, they shrug and stare at you blankly. You know you are doing something wrong when you are within walking distance of a college campus and all of the college kids would rather drive down the road to your competitors.

The staff speaks English which is very nice to see. The food is not slopped togather it is prepared by a friendly staff member that takes the time to make sure your burger looks like a burger and not a sloppy mess! I like this location as the most patrons speak english as well a big plus. I like feeling like I am in America when eating a burger in Burger king not a 3rd world country. Definately give this place a shot.

This place is a racist location that think its funny to jack up non-latino orders. They all then have a good chuckle at your expense. Happened to me twice there as I occasionally work in golden. About 6-8 mos apart. So its real. Seems to stem from the mgr. He should be fired. Never experienced anything like it.... Avoid this place like the plague! Who knows what theyre doing to your food!

I love how rude they are here! i love it even more that you can buy 30 chicken nuggets and yet when you open the bag you get two dipping sauces and your nuggets are cold. I hate complaining and usually give the benefit of the doubt but when it happens more than two times Id rather spend my money somewhere else.

Every time I come to this Burger King through the drive-through theyre running around like headless chickens, although Im not sure why because my food is always cold and stale. I dont mind food thats not fresh off the broiler but I dont want something thats been sitting around all day and cold/stale either.

This place is great!!! The employees are super nice and one guy works there his name is Alec and he is extraordinary! Very well with customers and asks how the food is. I love it!!! Give him credit!! Hes a great employee and I can see that!!
