How in the universe does an A&W run out of root beer by 2pm? The eating area was filthy, from what I saw, the kitchen was dirty, the cook was wrapping food with one bare hand, one gloved hand. The cooks behavior in the kitchen was unsanitary, we (other customers and I) waited 10 minutes for the manager, of whom never came to apologize. After waiting for at least 20 minutes total, they said they were out of root beer, the whole reason I was there, was to get a root beer float. Not sure how they stay in business.

Been coming here on and off for a few months as I just moved into the neighborhood service was horrible food was Meh and people were rude. However I noticed that this restaurant has new management and has really cleaned house as I only recognized one employee when I went in. They are still a little slow due to short staff but are much better quality bunch. Hope to see them make this store great

The best part about our visit here, was leaving ! Ive worked fast food. I know how hard it is. Its not !! After waiting 20 plus minutes for our order, my daughters chicken was so old and hard she couldnt eat it. My sons burgers i ordered were completely wrong. And EVERYTHING was cold. Save your money and appetite and go somewhere else !! I will never go back here !!

Worst Service Ever. I waited at the counter without being able to order for 30 minutes because there was one car in the Drive-thru. Then it took forever to get the food made. Then to top that off they left out my cookie on the five dollar fill up. Would give -3 stars if possible. Worst service that I have experienced in my life.

The sign says theyre open from 10a-10p, but the woman who answered the phone at 11:10 (am) stating theyd unlock their doors when there were more people and I could go through the drive thru did not instill confidence in me, so I turned myself around and headed to Arbys. I cant post unless I give a star, but really.. No stars.

Root beer float was good. Service was fast at noon. The burger looked just like the picture and tasted good. Better than a McDonalds or Burger King.
