I usually love this place but tonight was awful. Me and my boyfriend went in about 15 minutes before close, which we usually try not to do but we both work late. The cashier was very polite, very friendly, joked around with us. A sweetheart. But that was the only good thing about tonights visit. There was a girl in the kitchen that started giving me and my boyfriend dirty looks from the moment we walked in, acting like we had such nerve to come in while the restaurant was still open. The other kids in the kitchen looked like they had no idea what they were doing. After we placed our order she acted all offended that I ordered a burger. I ended up sending my boyfriend to go pick up our food from the counter because she was making me so uncomfortable. While we were waiting for our food, a group of customers walked in and she very loudly announced "you have GOT to be kidding me". The most unprofessional service I have ever seen. My food turned out sub par, I ordered a burger that was supposed to have mushrooms and I found one single mushroom placed in the center of my burger. My pretzel sticks were burned, and the white queso had a yellowish tint to it that looked quite disgusting. I did speak to the assistant manager about the incredibly rude girl and he told me they were doing something to fix it but the treatment of us and the group after us by this girl was absolutely unacceptable. thanks for making an already kinda rough day worse. Honestly not sure if I will be coming back.

At 7:00 p.m.on a Saturday I had the unpleasant experience of trying to get waited on at the counter. After several minutes and having several employees look but break eye contact my wife approached the drive through window where 4 were clustered and asked if we could get service. A young man came over but appeared to not be able to get into the register. He went back to who appeared to be the manager but he shrugged and directed the young man elsewhere. At that point a male and female sauntered in from outside where theyd been when we walked up. The female stood behind the counter with her back to us until I raised my voice to ask if anybody would wait on us to which she turned replied "Im the only one here". I asked her why she was putzing around in the parking lot if she was the only one there. In a snotty tone she said "I was doing WHAT?" Needless to say I didnt and wont be spending $ at this store!

Left DQ after waiting 10 minutes with no one staffing the register. There were several team members staffing the drive thru in clear vision of us. Edit: This happened a second time! After waiting a couple minutes at the unattended register a lady came to a register, fiddled with it and left without acknowledging the two of us in line. Waited a few more minutes and none of the 5+ staff in back took any orders from people in line.

I showed up 5 minutes before they were closing to grab a quick ice cream and it said that they were closed. I had called not 10 minutes earlier and they said that they were open so I threw on a jacket started my car and drove there and the Terrible Weather and it said they were closed. Ive had many different problems with this location on many occasions..

This place stole money from me! They didnt give me Back the correct change and when I went in to confront them they refused me and said they couldnt do anything! If your employees are working the window they should probably know how to count money!!

Would give a 0 star if possible. The staff forgot my grandparents Sundaes and the chicken strips made my grandma sick. Do not eat here the staff does not care about the food they prepare or the service.

Usually my favorite one. Stood in line 10 minutes inside and after I order they say their chocolate machine isnt working. Maybe put a sign up on the door. Ugh
