we have actually been to this location 3 or 4 times and it has always been great except for the last time we were there which was last Saturday night.. the food has always been great but this time it just didnt taste very good and you could tell by looking at it that they just didnt spend any time on it..and then the worst thing was we had ordered the house margarita first and then we ordered the mile high margarita and my girlfriend took a couple drinks of it and she said it tasted terrible so we told them and they took it off the bill and then we left and not 5 minutes later my girlfriend got extremely sick. she said it almost had a "chemical" taste to it so i called and asked for the manager to let them know that something wasnt right and he just matter of factly said "well, we probably just put the wrong liquor in there, we might have put Everclear or something like that in it".. i was like "ya know that you could really seriously hurt someone by doing that?" he said "well im not sure what you want me to do about it". pretty sure that the "manager" was also the fella that made the margarita since there wasnt anyone working the bar at the time we were there.. kinda scary that they really didnt care that someone got sick because of their screw up.

I love this place and the PEOPLE who run it and especially the waiters... I am a single, handicapped, elderly, active woman who often goes to dinner at 7 or 8:00... When they see me pull up in the parking lot, someone comes out and helps me take my walker out and treats me as if I were their family... And, its like being with friends.. There food is very good..Avocado dip, and excellent Salsa. . I have to stick with enchiladas or anything with a corn tortilla as I must try to eat gluten free... I dont eat beans, so I get more rice or more cheese... and lots of coffee, then a super good flan.. I can sometimes have a margerita...and they are very, very good and big. Their plates and servings are BIG, and always I have food to take home. Their booths are big and look just like a place in Cancun... Try it!

This used to be our favorite Mexican food restaurant in Parker. The cooks or the owners or something has changed. Weve been there 2-3 times since the change - an indication of really wanting to give them a chance - but will never be back. One example of the change is their Chili Rellenos. They now consist of a scrambled omelette-like egg laid on top of a naked chili and covered with a sauce. Have anyone ever been served such a thing elsewhere? I could do better at home, and Im an middle-aged white guy that doesnt cook much.

Not great. The service was unexceptional, but they did claim to be short staffed, so I dont hold it against them. The food was very bland in general. The beef burrito had very little beef in it. The Fajitas were bland and the tortillas tasted like packaged ones from the supermarket. Overall, we were very unimpressed. If you are looking for good Mexican food in Parker, we have two wonderful places in town...Casa mariachi and old santa fe. Bypass el trio and go to either one...you will be happy you did.

I know this isnt the typical experience, but I met a friend here for lunch and these guys knocked it out of the park. We ordered the enchiladas and the crispy rellenos, tastes great. This is what was over the top, they came by with extra appetizersed, then at the end of the meal they treated us to two free shots of a special house mix tequila. This tequila was easily the easiest drinking tequila Ive ever had. Amazing. This family owned restaurant deserves you to check it out. Trear yourself.

This food was awful. The chips left a weird coating on our tongues. The margarita was watery and bland. The chicken fajitas tasted like warmed up, dried out pre cooked chicken breasts. The kitchen that we could see into was a mess with takeout from a Chinese restaurant sitting on the counter (never a good sign when you wont even eat in your own restaurant) also a box of canned food sitting on the counter. Only nice part was the staff was friendly. I do not recommend at all.

We arrived there at about 940PM last night, they were closed (had forgotten to turn open sign off) and still accomodated us (party of 5). Amazing service, great food...gotta say, for being the last and only party there they treated us like they just opened! Will return! Their drinks (we had the Marg on the rocks with Corona) are amazing! They still served their Chorizo (brkfst) burrito as well which was Yumm!

Some of the best mexican food I have had in Parker, CO. I used to work at two mexican restaurants in Denver and I have to say, this place is delicious! If you are debating which mex restaurant to go to in Parker, this one is the best choice by far! The salsa for the chips is delicious! The flank steak is mouth watering! The enchiladas and sauce are outstanding! You cant go wrong here if you like authentic mex!

I love this place, and I come here all the time! Great food, great service, and a great atmosphere. My favorite thing to get is the enchilada combo with an egg over easy on top. Trust me, it is delicious! They also have a great drink menu. I personally tend to go for the Pina Colada Classica if I want something alcoholic, otherwise I get their excellent horchata. I highly recommend this place!

Noticed that the restaurant had changed names, so we decided to try it. It was very good. I had enchiladas, chili relleno and taco. My wife had carne asada. Both were excellent. Our waitress (Melissa) was delightful and took great care of us. The manager came by to see if we were happy. And, even gave us a free shot of tequilla. We will definitely go back.

I have celiac and this place has great gluten free options and Ive never gotten sick. They also have amazing prices for what you get and drinks are delicious. I highly recommend coming here especially if you love margaritas. Im pretty much here 2-3 times a week now. Oh and Luis and the rest of the staff are extremely friendly!

Good food, 1st time in waitstaff was awesome and food was even better. 2nd visit waiter was a little douchy but food was great like before and little chubby Hispanic waiter had maybe a bad day or something so giving the benefit of the doubt this time and leaving 5 stars.

The sopapillas are amazing and their hot chocolate is divine!! The service is quick and servers are super friendly. The menu is easy to read and the food is all amazing. The decor makes you feel at home and they even have a mariachi band come on some days!!

Excellent food and a great price. They give generous portions and I have never been dissapointed. Their staff is phenominal. Also very good at gluten free, my wife has celiac and we come here all the time. She has never been cross contaminated here!

Excellent Service. Got the five star treatment at the front door while waiting. Very compassionate and attentive waitress. Food was spectacular considering I altered my meal. Great place to enjoy live music. My new drink place. Only took one.
