They keep taking this review down, and I keep putting it back up. I used to love this place and have eaten there for more than 25 years. The new management has RUINED this place, and I will not go back. I went with my 87 year old mother, and we were ignored. We had to go to the counter to ask for a menu, then go back again to ask to be served. When we got up to pay the bill, my mother slipped on a huge puddle of water on the floor. It was marked by a sign, on the other side of the puddle where you couldnt see it. When I tried to help her up, I fell, too. The staff just stared at us, nobody offered to help us up. When we paid the bill, the cashier refused to make eye contact with us, and grunted something implying it was our fault we fell. If you want to give money to people who treat you like dirt, please patronize this restaurant.

The Chalet is ok. Prices are fair, as well as the food. My waitress was very electrifying. She made the whole experience just a delight. I believe her name was Hadley. Strange name, wonderful services.
