First off, I went in with really high expectations. My friends raved about this place so I decided to give it a shot The good - Staff is very friendly. Pasta side was very tasty! The bad - In my 32 years of living, this was without a doubt, the worst meatball Ive ever had. It was complete mush, there was absolutely no binder. I could have got over that but then I realized there was no seasoning at all. Lastly it was that weird color, like the pre-packaged ones you get from subway. If the owner is willing, id be happy to take you to another restaurant to explain what a real meatball is. Heck, ill even pay if you promise not to serve what you gave me to another living thing. Note: Please clean the fan by the drink machine. Its disgusting to see anything with a 1/4in of dust on it I apologize for the harsh words, but its an honest review. The fact you were so friendly says a lot and I will give you guys another shot.

Meh. Good food but once you cross the boundary by treating my family like dirt, our loyalty goes away and loyalty is hard to come by these days. Think theyd care about people and especially the locals. Yes, my wife came to get sandwiches for the family and was 30 minutes before closing. All the patrons inside looked at her as she knocked on the locked door and your fellow behind the counter said to go away, you are closed. All while my wife watched your patrons ordering in line inside. I even called you and left a voicemail desiring to settle the issue and yes I even left a phone number but no return call. You are a SOB for responding like that and the only shame is to you for behaving in such a manner. The fact you wont own the problem or even look int it is telling enough for the general public. Weve even witnessed your employees do the same to others who just havent figured out they can put their stories here.

As authentic an old fashioned Italian deli can be this side of the Mississippi. No shareholders here. I love the hand sliced to order cold cut sandwiches. The home made pizza sauce. As you enter you flash back to another time. Marilyn Monroe memorabilia has been ejected from out if time and space to adorn every nook and cranny. A family owned and operated establishment. Where three generations greet you like family. Its a rare kind of place like a little slice of eastern America culture cut out of time and pasted in littleton Colorado. My first sandwich was a number 2. Sausage and peppers and onion melted cheese and drenched in sauce. It was the early 90s and I can order the same thing today and it hasnt changed a bit.

The reviews about fantastic food and friendly service are no exaggeration. I was quickly greeted upon waking in, and ordered a Godfather, perhaps the best sampling of the amazing meats here. This sandwich has over 1/2 lb. of high quality deli meats, a big lunch! I can definitely say I feel spoiled by todays lunch. The pasta salad is a marvel in itself: mixed pastas, lightly oiled and seasoned, with chunks of those same amazing meats tossed in. A full-sized lunch, at a reasonable price, and better than any chain deli by far... I will be frequenting this place from now on.

1st time there, we are pretty new to Colorado and have had the pleaser to eat all over the U.S and I must say this is one of the best Italian delis I have been to and not just the food but the staff was extremely friendly. I left my choice of sandwich up to the waitress and had no idea what I was getting. I was not even close to disappointed with it and. I will be returning for sure at least once a week. I will most definitely share this jewel of a place. Thank you for the amazing food and staff.

I was going to place an order with them, checked the reviews. This was a respond on a review from the owner "Leaving a crappy review like this, you will be treated poorly by us for sure"... Anyone in the food industry will tell you you have good reviews and bad so what just do better, but to respond on their reviews they way they do will make sure I never bring my business to their restaurant.

Exactly what a deli sandwich should be, and honestly one of my all time favorites. Nothing necessarily special in the preparation, just quality meat and ingredients and plenty of them. I happily drive out of my whenever Im this far south to stop by. The owners/staff are also incredibly friendly. Personal favorite: the Consigliere (the prosciutto and eggplant on it are so good)

I had the cool cucumber- phenomenal treat. The place is not a fast joint. Its a high quality food place. Tom makes amazing sandwiches. Its a family run place from what I saw. Fresh in house baked bread. Wonderful service with a smile. Great 50-60s tunes played while Marilyn Monroe surrounds you. Highly recommended. So many options, everyone will be pleased!

Im tellin ya, their pies here are grade A, made with the old country in heart and mind. A killer deal for the price. a little over ten bucks for a monster of a pie, always made fresh. slow, yeah, but definitely worth the wait. their pie is so good I dont even bother ordering other things.

3 for atmosphere, and maybe a second chance, son ordered an Italian sausage, peppers, onions I got the Italian hoagie. They made two Italian hoagies....no sausage? My son wanted me to turn back make it right. Honestly, the rolls the were served on were kind of dry/stale.

Delicious food, TERRIBLE HOURS!!! Seriously, what restaurant closes at 4pm on a Saturday?? And 7pm during weeknights? Multiple times weve tried to eat there and theyve been closed. They have the potential to make more money by staying open a just a few extra hours!

Simply put...THE BEST. I am Italian and I love a good deli. This deli is as close as you are going to get to NY. The owners are always welcoming and they make me feel like family every time I come in. I will have them bury me with "The godfather" in my casket!

Great family-owned and run deli with that "northeast" feel. Food is inexpensive and plentiful. By your second visit, youre treated like family, especially by Joe, the patriarch. The restaurant and decor itself is old but clean. I usually get "The Godfather".

I was so disappointed, my first visit and LAST!!! I ordered a slice of pizza, it was served luke warm and the pepperoni wasnt even cooked. I would NEVER suggest this deli to anyone. The place is extremely dated and dirty, it needs a serious face lift.

I was wanting something different and just started searching places near me and found this little gem! The customer service was phenomenal and our food was just as good! The enforcer was amazing and so was the assassin!!!! Highly recommend!!!

New hours are absolutely horrible. Closed by 5pm? Open at 11am? 6 hours a day is frankly pathetic. Especially being closed so early. Food is amazing, but the new hours basically preclude me from ever being able to get food here.

One of the best delis Ive found in Denver. Super friendly staff and the food is so fresh! I dont think you can go wrong with anything on the menu. If you like Marilyn Monroe, they have quite the collection of paraphernalia
