We had a team building day for our company at this place, we were all excited to do this and when we were seated in our cars, we had one in our party who has a physical disability where his arms do not go all the way straight. Wasnt a problem, but he mentioned he was having a little trouble reaching the steering wheel, and one of their employees told him "Guess you probably dont need to be driving these then do you". We were SHOCKED that someone would say something like this and discriminate this man instead of trying to find a solution (like the back inserts that they were giving to other shorter people that were having a harder time reaching the steering wheel!) The second race we took there was another driver that did not know how to drive and crashed 3 times on the track, and out of 14 laps, we probably only completed 6 laps uninterrupted. We asked if we could get another ride since it was a bit inconvenient for everyone, and they told us no. We tried to show them that on their own wall they have a rule that they reserve the right to remove any drivers who are not qualified to drive. When we told them that, they told us, out of disbelief, that they cant discriminate because someone had a hard time driving! Wow, but you dont mind discriminating against someone with disabilities. We will NEVER go here again, will do our best to let everyone know to find somewhere else to go!

The karts and the track are awesome. Prices are not bad compared to other local go kart tracks. The music is AWFULL and they blast it everywhere so bring your headphones. I would give this place 5 stars if it wasnt for the fact that you can not drift or bump in to other drivers. Because it is indoors, it is small and the corners are tight. It is not easy or fun to keep from drifting. Also, they let as much as 12 people on the track at a time. The lay out of the track causes you to be behind slow people in the corners, and since there is no bumping, you are stuck. I even went in late at night when no one was there and they still refused to let us bump or drift. The karts are designed for bumping, its half of the fun! Anyway, overall this is worth the money and time spent. P.S: My shoulder hurt after the race and my brother reported similar pain, we think it is because the track is really tight and you are turning left most of the time.

Weve had fun before; HOWEVER - our last experience 2017 Presidents Day - Seemed overly busy - all employees were in pit area, had a middle aged d-bag attempt to pit maneuver my 12 year old step-daughter multiple times because she was in front of him... no employees did anything as the activity occurred not directly in front of them. I would recommend either going dressed to participate in Mad Max Armageddon OR leaving anyone you care about (including yourself) at home if they are busy. D-bag drivers are not monitored, no safety advisement (except posted) and trying to cycle through patrons as fast as possible. Be wary bringing young people who are tall enough drive with d-bag adults/teens. Apparently management does not staff enough to have track monitored, or follow safety orientation prior to racing.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, karts are much faster than they look, they have great pizza, and they are priced lower than Unser. Other reviewers have complained about the music; its not to everyones tastes, but I like it, and they only play it in the lobby at volumes quiet enough to easily talk over (you cant hear it from the track). Other reviewers have also complained about the no drifting or bumping rules. This is for safety. Even though the karts are designed to keep working after hitting something or being hit, it still hurts a bit. The karts go 45 MPH on the straights; theres no escaping the fact that hitting a barrier or getting hit hurts a little. Its more shocking or frustrating than painful, however.

Amazing! It was so much fun!! I went with about 20 of my coworkers as a company outing, they split us in to two groups of 10 which worked out great. The more people you go with the more fun it is racing with people you know. I cant say anything about the cost as my boss organized it for everyone. The cars where very fast for being electric, the people were great and very nice. As I said before the more people the better so if your thinking about going by yourself I would try to get 2-3 friends to go to make it alot more fun. I highly recommend this place if you want to go race go karts. Long story short? Great place. Go with friend. Have fun!!

Customer service was horrible. We were not greeted when we entered. Didnt ask if we needed help. I stood in line for service while staff were conversating with each other and was told to just register on the computer. After completely registering 2 kids was told one of my kids were too short to race. Wouldve been nice if they wouldve explained more about the registration, costs and HEiGHT requirement; and actually measuring them BEFORE having me go through all the trouble of registering and getting my daughter excited thinking she was going to race. She was so dissapointed she cried. Thanks for the crappy service!

A bit loud but fun to race. I bought one ride and that was enough for me, but they have deals for packages including more rides. The race was about ten minutes, and they can control the go karts remotely, so they will slow people down who are being unsafe. The races are based on time rather than position, so its more fair than some of the places Ive been. And they had convenience-levels of snack food. Not dinner, but certainly enough for a snack between races. There was also a small selection of video games and pool tables to play if you ordered less races than your friends. Staff was instructive and helpful.

I will NOT bring my kids here again. My son was so excited to race and at the very last minute we got told he was not able to for safety reasons. Yet another boy the same height as him was able to race. I would have liked to SEE what they saw when it comes to how they make these decisions. I will make sure not to come here again. Heck, Im sure theyll still find something wrong even if my son did grow a couple more inches. No thanks. Will save our money and go elsewhere.

Happy birthday birthday party here for people. When on the phone with the booking agent no one told about cancellation policies cost if not all 10 people showed up. Their prices are way too high they wanted $99 an hour for a room there plus you were to pay him a fee if you were to bring food like a birthday cake. Very ridiculous! Will never go here again definitely Uncer is a better option for Racing Indoor. These carts are also electric not gas powered.

Super fun in my opinion! At first I was scared but I got the hang of it. Although, the second time I went in a kart and went racing, the seat kept moving. I think its because they left a booster seat on. The gas peddle was kinda stuck too. But it still worked fine! The helmet kept falling over my eyes so I constantly had to pick up but, I blame myself about the helmet mishap because I chose the wrong size. Any ways, I would totally recommend this place.
