Normally this location is really great with quick and friendly service. The past 2 weeks that has completely turned around. I assume its because of a bunch of new hires for the summer. I ordered a venti hot drink and was handed a grande iced drink with completely different syrups in it, then ordered the same white mocha drink a day later and it was made with regular mocha and had the wrong kind of milk in it. Today I ordered the same venti sized drink and the cup was missing a third of the drink.

Nothing like pulling into a line (drive thru), ordering, finding out they are out of the milk you want (King Soopers next door.... perhaps someone can go get some?- obviously if you ran out, other people want it too.), -and then waiting 15 minutes to go through the drive thru. This location is ALWAYS slow, and seems to have issues. No apologies or acknowledgement for the slow service or lack of product.

I was very disappointed. The girl taking my order was annoyed being there. It took more than 10 minutes to get my drink and as I was sitting there waiting I noticed that there were at least 30 flies on the ceiling and flying around the counter walls were sticky and the floors were filthy. Like theyve not been cleaned in a week. Ill never go back to that location

They get it right about 1/5 times. I commute 45 minutes and I would rather wait to get to a different Starbucks. If its the weekend and I have time, I travel farther to a starbucks on 120th and Colorado or across the highway. Customer service is lacking unless you get Anna Leigha or Jill the Manager.

Our service was fine, our food was good. The place needs a thorough cleaning. Floors and chairs were dirty and we noticed insects flying inside the pastry case. Obviously the products are grossly overpriced. But its Starbucks.

Not a bad Starbucks considering how TINY the lobby is and how busy their drive in gets. Im not a fan of the vibe of the lobby physically but Ive warmed up to the experience.
