For the most part, I have enjoyed going into Duffeys for almost a year. Great coffee...most of the time. Ive gotten to know a few employees. Nicole, manager at the time, expressed a need for a weekend worker & I was more than willing. Plus it would be a tremendous help with Xmas presents for my kids.I was very happy. For almost 2 weeks I was calling and calling, kind of misled, told " we are overstaffed today" and then told IN A TEXT, that they wouldnt need me. And Nicole was no longer employed there. She had a very sick little girl in and out of the hospital. Very disappointed to say the least. So, this place, where I used to love going in the morning & felt very welcome, I now feel very uncomfortable. I have always felt that people, as well as the food, make the place. Just wanted to voice my experience. I feel the situation was handled poorly, and with no compassion.

Assistant manager at cashier was having a full on conversation with a friend/neighbor while we were standing there (place was not busy). Had the nerve to say, press the tip button once youre done as I was paying. Ordered a bunch of mini rolls and one larger roll. Heating up is a joke, as the rolls were still cold and worse, stale. I would stay away from this place around lunch time as quality control ends after a couple hours of opening. I can imagine these things tasting pretty good hot/fresh but will not be coming back.

Very good sandwiches and cinammon rolls! I have only been there twice but both times there were really nice girls working and great food. Also tried the Irish Cream roll and it was pretty good, although I was hoping it had some kind of filling in it and it was just a dry roll. Good though.

I went there today for lunch. I was undecided of what I should order because it all looked good. The 2 people behind the counter suggested a blt sandwich with the chipotle mayo. It is probably one of the best blt sandwiches Ive had. Highly recommend! Great customer service.

Great for breakfast food! Hardly anything in the area available servicing good breakfast food period. Plus they are pretty quick; its made to order! And you get friendly service? Crazy concept!

Always a good experience! Took out of town family here and they are bringing home 5 dozen mini rolls! Love the mini rolls so I can try different flavors without feeling wasteful or glutinous. ;)
