Absolute terrible front counter member. The only reason Im giving them 2 stars is for the food. My job is very close and my employees love the food. Sometimes I go there and pick up food for us but the lady in the front, Andreas ?, is EXTREMELY RUDE. she has such attitude and has no pride in her job whatsoever. That is the third time this lady wanted attitude with me. The guy is a lot nicer and his food always tastes better as well. She doesnt use please or thank you which is BIG. Please make corrective action before I take the action for your store. Also, she barely speaks English. I tried asking her if we can call in orders but she didnt understand me. Im sure shes irritated with the big orders but if she understood English we would not have a problem. So thank you again for the disappointment.

We drove from the Springs to get away. Since we love greek food, we chose this place in the mall. Food was fine. Hot and pretty tasty gyro. The salad was fresh and was a pretty good portion. The problem was the customer service. Everyone was snippy with each other and frustrated. That caused them to not pay attention. My wife ended up with onions that she said to hold. Her gyro was sloppy. Guess we will have to stick with our greek restaurant in the Springs.

We had proper gyros before, but this is a very poor attempt at simulating it. Horrible. The gyros is not even real meat - its like hamburger meat or sausage links. Very disappointing (and tasteless). Thats the first and last time we buy from Renzios. At 11 bucks for a platter, it is not worth it. I would have left a comment on their web site, but all the "Contact" links navigate to a 404 page.

The guy that was working today was a old grumpy man. He was very rude and yelled at us. We asked him to add a drink to our order and he didnt. Me and my friend didnt know then we ask for a drink. He comes up and yells at us and says we didnt pay for one and makes me pay. Will not be eating here again the food was gross and they didnt have clear English.
