Hurts my heart to rate this place so low been coming here with my family since I was a kid but lately this place has fallen off. My boyfriend and I sat at a table in the main bar area right in sight of everyone. Fifteen plus minutes later were still waiting for service, repeatedly watching servers walk right by us. IT WASNT EVEN BUSY! We watched one server do like 3 laps looking around like she was lost, doing absolutely nothing. After not receiving any service whatsoever, we decided to move to the bar. We sat for another five minutes and still we were not greeted! When the bartender finally decided to acknowledge us she didnt ask us how we were doing or even a hello just a simple crude "you know what you want?" We decided to just order beers and a shot and leave. Which sucks cause we came in for the awesome hot wings and to have a couple drinks. The bartender stacked the shot glasses inside each other after she was done pouring them! I was so beyond disgusted. Whatever was on the bottom of my boyfriends shot glass was now in my drink. GROSSSSSS. This place is trash lately, they need to have better structure. Servers dont even know what tables are theirs, which is very detrimental considering its an open-seating bar. The bartender doesnt know basic sanitation! I think her name was Jackie, or Jessica or something like that and she was just rude. Looking at some of the reviews lately Id say management needs to revamp the staff. This place is falling off quick what a shame, food is great, prices are great. SERVICE SUCKS.

Once arriving my friends and I found a table outside on the patio. The menus were already on the table so we just waited for one of the waitresses that were serving other tables to come over to us. The were busy so we waited around 10 min until my friend decided to go someone and ask wht np server came to us. We were that they are sorry and a server would be there shortly. So again we wait and just go back over the menu. A server finally came by apologized and then left with out so much as a drink order. We finally find another server and asked what was going on and she informed they were not serving the patio table anymore for the night. So not only did we wait for close to half an hour for service we had go wait in line at the bar just to be told to hurry and before we could order the bartender called for the next customer ignoring us. Obviously just did this to hurry us along. Worst service Ive ever had and Im from Memphis. Just think about that. Im only visiting a friend here in Lakewood CO. Worst Saturday night Ive had for a while.

Was there ob a saturday night it was busy as usuall. We sat outside since it was packed and asked 4 waiters if they could serve us. Not one of them helped and only said it wasnt there section. We sat there waiting and finally had to go up ti the bar to get an order in. Got our first rouds and were still waiting for a waiter. Finally we had to go up to the kitchen and place our own order up at rhe counter with them. After we paid for our order since they were so busy they shut the kitchen down and stopped taking orders. And said it was going to be over an hour for food. We still sat there waiting and an hour later the food came out not the way it was ordered cold as if it was sitting there for a long time and we never received all the items. We told a waiter and they said we will go chexk and never came back. Overall this place is un organized. There staff it rude and inconsiderate. Only one i seen tgat had decency was the one cleaning the tables all night. Never will i go here again.

It took my a while to get around to writing this, I was there about a year ago. Im not used to everyone carding in CO (I was 27) so I thought it would be OK to come in with an expired ID. After being refused service, I was actively stalked by the security guards to make sure that I was not taking drinks from my friends. Very rude and ridiculous. If they didnt even want me in there without an ID, they could have politely asked me to leave instead to treating my like a criminal. I left pretty early with the friend who drove me there and the rest of our friends stayed. Later the rest of our friends let us know that they also left. Apparently after goofing around on the stripper pole thats there, they were informed by staff that the stripper pole was for "ladies only". Tactless and sexist! I wish I could give them a fraction of a star.

I am not sure how this place got 3.8 stars. It was a terrible experience! This place was recommended by the tour bus driver at Coors Brewery. It got 3.8 stars, so we thought we would give it a try. I am giving it the 1 star it deserves. We ordered nachos as an app. We asked for no onions. It came out smothered in them. There was hardly any cheese, the taco meat was cooked to a crisp, and not much of it. So, mostly just bare chips. I ordered a cup of beef veggie soup. I am pretty sure it came from a can. They were supposed to have the best tater tots, but they were just your average frozen variety. The burger was an over cooked thin patty. I had the worst belly ache when I got home. The server was very friendly, but the service was slow. I would not recommend this restaurant unless you want cheap happy hour beers.

We had an AWFUL experience here. The service was non-existant. It was a good 10 minutes just for some one to come over and take a drink order. We gave our food order at the same time otherwise who knows when they would have gotten around to that! It took over 30 minutes to make 1 burger and 2 appetizers. It was middle of the afternoon and pretty slow so its not like they could say they were busy. When the food finally came, the order was wrong. No one ever came to fill the waters. No one came to drop off a check. We went to the bar waited another 10 minutes for someone to even answer us so that we could pay. She gave a total and then walked out- didnt even give us a check. All in all, it was a pretty sad experience. Too bad, the atmosphere seemed cool and the food was pretty good even though the order was wrong.

Ah, yeole Rock Rest (or as the locals say, CockNest). The service is always fast and friendly, even when they/re busy. Full service bar for all your drunken needs. Outdoor seating is plentiful and fairly scenic. As far as cleanliness goes, the CockNest is as clean as youd expect an old, biker bar to be. If you dont want your kids to hear certain words and you want to shield them from the realities of life, then I wouldnt bring them here. The food. Dear lord the food. I love it. I pretty much only get the wings. CockNest does it RIGHT. Full wings, not that small, shrimpy wing and drum combo. FULL. WINGS. Baked to delicious perfection. The atmosphere is fantastic. Dead animals, old stuff everywhere, bras hanging from the ceiling. Arcade games if thats your gig. Two pool tables and lots of room to wander.
