We had never been here before but others seem to like it and the menu looked good skimming it online at work so we thought we try it +yesterday. We picked sample platter and mini corn dogs. The corn dogs were good the platter was like it had spent waay to long under a heat lamp the pretzels were hard. The wimgs were not saucy they were hard like they dried out under lights the pita "chips" were rock hard.....my fiance arent ones to complain having worked in food service but when we mentioned we didnt get are our artichoke dip we were meant w an "Oh Sorry" the end.....didnt ask if we still wanted it. There was no offer to fix it in any way. The waitress wasnt rude but aloof and kind of non-existent. Id of guessed they were barely 16 if i didnt know you have to be 18 to legally serve alchohol. I guess the only thing i can say is they didnt charge for extra sauces but for the same 23.00 we spent at bww we got fresher tastier buffalo wings at Sonic at later time. Kinda sad for a place that "specializes" in wings.

I love Bdubs, your food is great... when it is done properly and how I ordered it. Today was the 4th time in a row that I have had my order not only screwed up but not prepared properly either. I do not understand what is so hard about getting an order done RIGHT the FIRST time. When I order 10 traditional and 5 boneless I should not be getting 15 tradtional. On top of that it seems like everytime I order my wings extra wet I get less seasoning , than if I just didnt ask. Today (as just one example) I ordered 10 tradtional wings and 5 boneless in Desert Heat, extra wet (because I love the seasoning). Because I have been having problems with orders I checked my food... I had 15 tradtional wings in the bag. I went back to get the bonless only to recieve 3 with no seasoning and 2 with hardly any on them. Not to mention I had 5 more tradional without any seasoning either. I cant express how displeased I am with my orders. If it doesnt get better I am never spending money there again.

OK. I dont expect much from the food. Its trough slop and we all know it, but this location is the worst. I saw the bartenders kick out 3 men for having "too many beers in an hour" (they were not acting up and appeared sober) but when an angry, stumbling drunk patron, a regular who knows the manager, approached our table and threatened my fiancé with violence, they let him go back to the bar and served him beer. Now, my fiance had been having a TouchTunes war with the guy, but had no idea the guy was angry. They had shaken hands earlier that evening and discussed different music. As far as my fiancé knew everything was fine. Nevertheless, this man was apparently upset. He went out of his way and walked up to us in the dining area and started asking if my fiancé wanted his ass kicked..if he wanted to take it outside. Seriously, it was a frightening experience. This complete drunk was allowed to stay due to his good ol boy status with the manager. Never going back here.

This is my first negative review ever!! BWW in Longmont has officially lost my families business forever! Horrible service!!! We were on the waiting list for a table when the manager told my teen daughter and me that we couldnt sit at a table and buy a soda while we made our wing choices. They were "too busy". They had customers waiting. (What were we?) so we went elsewhere and spent our $75.48. This place has plenty of 1 star reviews for a reason. Hey manager.......read this book "Hug your customers" by Jack Mitchell. It would change the way you think. Happy customers are the lifeblood of business. Unhappy customers are the death of a fried chicken wing shack. Good luck. Never to return and will let friends know!!!

Worste buffalo wild wings ever. Went in to be seated with a party off 11and was told 10 minutes. 15 minutes had post and decided to ask how much long the hostess work attitude said "we are waiting for a large pay to leave to seat you I dont know how long it will be" we started to discuss leaving to find another establishment. Manager walks over and said "we have a large pay leaving we will seat you in ten minutes" I told him we where told then minutes 15 minutes ago how can you guarantee we will not have to wait longer. He didnt have an answer so I said never mind we will take business else where. My suggestion of your on the area and looking for a place to eat any where but here.

Thoroughly UNIMPRESSED on all accounts. The service is like being waited on by a herd of turtles in a snowstorm. The bartenders and servers are incompetent at putting orders through in a timely & accurate manner. On every visit someone at my table has been brought the wrong item, it usually takes more than 10 minutes to get a drink even when its slow, it takes forever to get the bill and twice the bill was wrong and took 15-20min to correct the issue. Ive worked in food service and bartending for 8 years+ and I would have been fired for giving the horrendous service offered at Buffalo wild wings. Hooters has better service and staff... scary

We are loyal BDubs (BWW) customers, we loved the one up in Greeley, CO... our family went to this buffalo wild wings in hopes of finding "our hot wing central". after waiting 30 minutes for the waitress to show up and ask us what we wanted, then waiting 20 for the drinks, she FINALLY got around to asking us what we wanted to order, the food came pretty quick but all the wings were almost bare of any sauce and dry and cold and over cooked. It was the WORST experience we have ever had at buffalo wild wings, and for the money, it should way better than that! WE WILL NEVER RETURN to this establishment. The waitress was a total B-WORD too!

We visit here pretty regularly and almost always have a great time. The food is typical and exactly what we like. I dont like the charge for extra dipping sauces when they only bring 2 tubs of dip for a large order i dont like the carrots and celery are ALSO an extra charge (seriously?) and i dont like that most of the white shirt managers spend more time shooting the breeze with their buddies in street clothes than they do making sure their restaurant is running as expected. this could be a side effect from having such a well trained staffed because ive honestly had no reason to speak to a manager :)

One of the worst experiences at a buffalo wild wings! First we walk in and its slow so we are expecting great and fast service. Nope. Yes our server was polite and tried to be accommodating but she couldnt compensate for the sheer lack of competency by the manager. 7:30 and they had rid the restaurant of iced tea for the day stating they were slow. They were out of Mac and cheese (which is the ONLY reason my 7 year old wanted to go in the first place. )Bonus was I got my salad for free because it had bleu cheese in it after it was ordered without it. Not sure Ill go back.
