I was well pleased when I walked through the door. I had been wanting to eat here for months, and I finally got out of the house to go eat there. The place was clean, very well kept, and I was impressed by the decor. The food was absolutely amazing, and I was surprised at the selections they offered. However, my experience was dampered by our waiter. He seemed kind at first, however the service he provoded was horrible. Not once did he check on my date and I, and we were slightly disoriented when he practically ignored my date and his order. He got his food, nonetheless, but no drink, despite him really wanting a Sprite. Due to the numerous examples of poor waitering, my date and I came to the decision we wouldnt leave a tip. I dont do this normally; only if our service is very dissatisfactory. We left the restaurant after eating, and my date forgot something, so we went back inside. Our waiter came out of the back with our checkbook, flipping it open and angrily asking why we didnt leave him a tip. I felt cornered, and I couldnt just say that his service was sub-par. We left the restaurant shaken and dissatisfied, and we do not anticipate returning.

So the food was edible, but way over priced for the overall impression of food. The stuffed grapes leaves were revolting, we spit them out after one bite. The crispy vegetarian rolls were okay, so long as one didnt use the dipping sauce which just tasted like fish sauce. Our actual meals were a bit better. Chicken in black bean suace was interesting, not a single hint of black bean taste, but the ginger was overwhelming. Vegetarian curry stew was the best item.Falvorful, but rather boring in apperance (only hunks of tofu and potatoes, not a veggie in sight). yes, the food was edible, but we will not be back.

All together me and my family ordered the rice platter, noodle bowl, sesame chicken, and the house special fried rice. For appetizers we got the papaya salad and crab meat soup. The appetizers were served quickly, and was tasty. But, when came to the actual food it took more than 45 minutes for our food to come out. The fried rice was bland, and cold. The rice platter tasted like a typical dish. The noodle bowl was exactly the same as the rice platter replaced with noodles. And the sesame chicken tasted like orange chicken drenched in sweet sauce. Would I go back? Hell no

Id love to tell you more about this place, but i never got the chance to actually eat there! My girlfriend and I made reservations here for Valentines day. We did get sat promptly, but thats the best I can say about the experience. After sitting at the table for nearly fifteen minutes with no more than water we finally gave up and went somewhere else. I tried getting a servers attention more than once to no avail and the bartender was MIA when I tried to grab my own drinks. The best part was when they thanked us as we left! Go at your own risk!

We were just visiting from Denver, and really wanted something light, vegan, low or no gluten (with all the steak and sausage restaurants all around). And this was the perfect place. They had a great vegetarian menu. We liked the food a lot. It was very simple, and tasted like homemade (in a good way). Vegetarian Papaya Salad was amazing, and vegetables/tofu in bean sauce was great too. The waiter was very nice as well. We also loved the live piano music, the pianist played some cool movie tunes.

I tried them tonight as we usually go to Coal Mine Dragon and I can tell you that I will never ever go back there. They are extremely overpriced and they got my to go order wrong. My wife loves WonTon soup but theres was missing the WonTon...who ever heard of wonton soup with no wonton? Maybe I got them on a bad night but the Coal Mine Dragon is right down the street....why should I go back to Saigon Landing

The service was really bad. There was no one at the restaurant other than my wife and me. We asked for water like ten times and it came only after 20mins with the food. The waiter was lazy to come back and forth for water. They didnt even bother to ask if the food was good. No one turned up. The waiter just came with the check and left. Apart from the horrible service the Food was ok.

For fine dining in the mountains, Saigon Landing is the best. The atmosphere is elegant, the service is perfect and the food is alway divine. We would choose to dine at Saigon Landing any time versus a trip down the hill into Denver. It is great for a casual Friday night date night or special diner celebrations. One of the best values for your dining dollars we have found.

If you love sports bars with loud music and football games DO NOT GO HERE. If you enjoy a pleasing setting with gracious hosts, pleasant music as you dine, great food with wide selections then this is the place! Just up the hill from the main drag with their own parking lot. So glad we found this place. We will be back for a most enjoyable and relaxing meal. Thanks

The best dish Ive had in my life came from this place! The Traditional Pork. The combination of the soft pork, vegetables, amazing sauce and coleslaw is just too good! I get the crispy egg rolls, and split it with my husband. Cant say for the other dishes, because I always call this in and get it to-go when I have a craving :)

We were regulars at the Greenwood Village location, and miss it. Its worth the trip out to Evergreen. Same great menu and even the same server! The food is amazing and consistent. Prices are excellent as well. They have a full bar and ample parking (something thats pretty rare in Evergreen).

The food here is amazing. Ive been more than pleased with every dish Ive had here. Its also a beautiful place inside. The service is good although the servers arent the most friendly. I have taken several out of town visitors here and everyone was very impressed with their meal.

Wonderful Asian food selection. These guys have been doing pho for a long time before it became popular, and still have the best in my opinion. Good jasmine tea as well, and the ambiance is great in their location. Great place for both dates and families.

I had the Pho which was excellent and had a great broth. My girlfriend had the shrimp/chicken Pad Thai which was also delicious. The restaurant was very nice and the location was convenient to Evergreen Lake. We went at lunch time and there was no wait.

Great food and service, nice atmosphere. They have huge menu and good selection for kids. Weve tried an Evergreen sampler appetizer and seafood hot sour soup and shared a Vietnamese traditional pork/shrimp. A bit pricey but for a fancy date, its worthy.

Confusing menu without portion sizing. prices are different at different times of the day, which is also confusing. Up scale quality food though, everything I got was delicious and the place seemed well cleaned and beautifully designed with paintings.

This restaurant is one of my favorites. The owners are very nice, the food is fantastic, and the pianist is pretty incredible (when he is there). I have been served by servers in poor moods before, but its rare and it is a minor inconvenience.
