Very nice service, though it took a while for them to take our order. We enjoyed the complimentary hot tea, that was nice. It was a bit pricey for the quality of the food. I went with 2 friends, we each ordered 1 entree and only received 1 plate of rice. Obviously, it wasnt enough. I had the orange chicken... it was good, though Ive had much better and only paid half as much. The pieces of chicken were small. As others have said, it is pretty basic.

Over the years, weve always enjoyed the food. However, I AM SO FED UP WITH THE RUDE TREATMENT FROM THE OWNERS WIFE. Shes argumentative and real snot. We love Chinese and we always order a lot. But, we are going out less these days. Coal Mine Dragon is not worth the aggravation. Increase in prices plus decrease in portion size means the value is disappearing. Hospitality AND disappearing value these days means ADIOS. I say good riddance.

Awful service. Ive given up on this place after giving it a few chances. Its too bad, we choose to drive to conifer for Chinese food now. They are always so rude to my group when we come in, and act like we are burdening them with our presence. I brought family from out of town a few times after raging about the place- left with my foot in my mouth and empty tummys because we had to walk out. Just horrible

We were one of the only people there and the servers were very curt. We sat at our table for a good 2 minutes without a menu. When I asked what kind of tea was served, the waitress said I dont know and walked away. The only reason why Im giving 2 stars is because the food was pretty good, but the service wasnt friendly or helpful.

I ordered shrimp fried rice...it had a ton of eggshell, I complained and it seemed like it was more of an inconvenience on them then me paying for crappy food. I gave this place one more chance and I will not be eating there ever again. The lady who works or owns the place is rude and has lost my business as well as my friends.

I been to places all over the country (well not all 50 states like 10) including Hawaii! And this is by far the best food Ive ever eaten too those who worried about the staff they have really loosened up and are fun and enjoyable if your nice to them. I hoped this helped and enjoy the food!

Arrived at 8:15pm.. Website said open till 9. We were with blank stares . When we asked for a table we were told that the dining room was closed and only takeout was available. They were, and usually are b very rude. We wont be back. Really need another Chinese place in Evergreen!!

Well, DUH! Its the only Chinese in Evergreen. So its the best. And the worst... This place has either gotten a little less tasty over the years, or perhaps Ive been exposed to much better Chinese food in my travels. Still, havent barfed yet, so its not all bad.

Ive been going to the Colemine for 6 years and I have to say its one of the best chineese in town. For those of you who dont like the staff, I say FINE! It makes my wait less and cut down on the traffic (which you people from Denver are ruining anyway!).

Just absolutely horrible service. The menu says certain items come with your food but they dont. The waitress (maybe the owner?) was extreamly rude and argued with me and then ignored me. Will never come back and I suggest you skip this one

The flavors were non-existent. The food was old, as if it had been made hours ago. The server, who was also one of the owners acted as if we were bothering her by entering the restaurant and ordering food. Will not return.
