I wish I could post this review with NO STARS!!! My father and I went to The Taste of Asia to have dinner and as I sat down at a booth my leg began to burn. I stood up and looked and there was a cut on my leg. I noticed a nail and a piece of wood was sticking out of the booth. I called the waitress over and showed her what happened. She said oh we will fix tomorrow. I said what about my leg as it began to bleed. I asked for the manager or owner. She said he wasnt there. I had to ask her three times for his name. She finally said David as we were about to leave. My father took a pictures of my leg and of the nail and the wood and the booth where we were sitting. As we were about to leave they gave me a band-aid. Wow! I couldnt believe this! Ive called for three days before I could speak with the manager who took my name and number, said he was busy and would return the call in one hour, its been two more days and I have yet to hear from the manager. I called again today and the manager isnt in. Wont be in until Monday after 5pm. What am I suppose to do? They left a bad taste in my mouth and we didnt even eat!

Awful. Called to place an order for pick up and was treated very rudely by the man that took the order. On a Friday night at 6pm they said the food would ready in 5-10 minutes(should have been a red flag). Any half way decent restaurant shouldnt be able to get food out that fast on a Friday night. I arrived within 10 minutes of ordering and the food was ready. The only nice thing I can say in this review is that the people at the cash register were friendly. Now I can put up with poor service if the food is good, but this was literally the worst Chinese food I have ever had. The chicken was dry, tasteless, covered in so much batter, and very greasy. Pad Thai was also ordered it was nasty. Pretty much inedible and was not anything like normal pad thai. I think chili power was used for the spice. It wasnt cheap with 2 meals costing $20. So in summary: Poor service, poor food quality, and way over priced. Panda Express is across the street and not anything to get excited about, but a much better choice over this place. No way any of the 5 star ratings of this place are real.

Im not sure where these reviews are coming from, maybe they are rating the dollar scoop places. this place is AMAZING! the absolute best Chinese Ive ever had. weve been going there for years. they are so nice every time we come in, or when we get it delivered. their food is great, they even have awards displayed. I think they got in the top 100 in the United states which says A LOT! My husband grew up on this type of food and wont eat cheap fast food Chinese. I would pay $20 for a plate of their chicken lo mein, that is how amazing it is. if youre reading this and contemplating going, GO! I also love their steamed dumplings and cream cheese wontons.

Got delivery all the food was cold n shrimp was burnt went for a refund and they threaten to call police on me and wouldnt give me my money only another plate . Rude man running the inner store and also the girl wasnt able to understand what I was telling her please do not order from them I wasted 30 dollars on food I wouldnt dare to eat . Horribly rude employees and horrible delivery .gave them too + delivery fee and wasnt pleased with my food and for nothing but threaten. HORRIBLE PEOPLE AND SERVICE

Worst Food And Worst Service Ever Plus The Bored of Health should come in there and check them if that happens they will be shut down they gave my husband and I spoiled moldy food we ordered beef and rice the meat smelled horrid my husband took a bite and gagged on top of that they did not give us everything we ordered and would not give us the missing order or the money back and even after we told them the food was gross we will not ever be eating from here again and will warn others not to

The service is the worst, and thats saying a lot. I tried ordering online, directly from his website. I got a confirmation email and everything, the company the order was placed through never sent in the order. In this situation the owner should take this issue up with is ordering service. Instead he made me do it in the store, all I wanted was my food! He was rude, naive to how a business should be ran in terms of customers service. Blaming me for ordering on his website. What a joke

I got takeout from this place, sesame chicken, beef, fried rice, soup, crab cheese wontons. I feel like most of it came out of a bulk bag, and was re-heated here. Service was fast and the portions are large, but the food was below average. Chicken is kind of gray and obviously discarded cuts, egg drop and hot and sour soup were flavorless, crab cheese wontons were fried (as all good things are)... but the filling was not particularly flavorful.

Aweful. Food was terrible. Crab cheese wontons were dripping grease and had no flavor. My fried dumplings were cooked on one side. General Taos chicken didnt have much flavor and the sauce was so runny they had to put the container in a plastic bag. Kung Pao Triple delight had 4 pieces of meat in the entire container. Sweet and Sour chicken container wasnt even half full, this was a dinner order not a lunch order. Total waste of money.

Never every go to this restaurant rude staff and very bad service and they advertise food that they dont serve I ordered crab cheese wontons I got cheese wontons with no crab there was no crab imitation or real and when I mentioned it they had the nerve to be offended. And then proceeded to tell me there was no manager in the store to complain to and she tells me that she does she doesnt cook the food she just serves it just rude.

The food was very good, but the service and atmosphere seemed somewhat unprofessional - TV going in the corner, guest table full of napkins in the process of being folded, employees taking a break at a guest table nearby and chatting loudly in a foreign language, and waiter unceremoniously bringing my food to my table and then turn around and leaving without a word. If the food didnt taste so good I probably would have left.

Oh my god I never received such a terrible service in my life!!! I tried to order a delivery to my hotel room,the guy was very rude and put me on hold three times without even apologize ,when I asked him question about a soup he recommend he put me on hold for one minute and then asked me if I decided which soup I want I told him I didnt want any soup he said okay and then end up the phone I will never called them again
