I love BWW, especially when I get my order right! This is my neighborhood BWW and Im always annoyed at how they fail to get my order right constantly. Dinning in they have mistaken my wings bringing them bone in or bone out when Ive asked for the opposite, dry when Ive asked for wet or just had my order wrong all together. Ive also had terrible experiences with the service. Some get annoyed when you try to point out that the order you received is wrong. In one instance the servers response to everything was "we dont have any". I asked for silverware, " we dont have any youll have to wait". I asked for water, "no cups are clean, youll have to wait." My total came out to 11 and change. I paid with cash and she asked if I wanted change. I said yes and she rolled her eyes saying there wasnt any and I had to wait. For an 11 dollar meal (this was before the price changes) I was not going to leave an $8 tip. Youd figure that ordering online would be easier since you choose exactly for what you want. The last three times Ive ordered there is something always wrong. Either the same issues as above or like in todays order there was whole orders of wings, sides and ranches (they are 60 cents) missing! Called back and immediately the person asked if I wanted to speak to a manager which I agreed. The manager offered to give me a credit for 6 wings next time I go in. I mean thats exactly what I paid for! Throw in two more will ya? I get it it thats its busy at times but people are paying for the food. Ive worked in customer service at a restaurant like this before and I understand how things can be. But cmon why does the service suck every single time?!

Ordered online to expedite my lunch pick up. I showed up at the time I was told when I placed my order 1:20 and did not walk out with food until 1:40. The place did not seem overly busy to me but the service was awful. When my order did arrive it was wrong. They went back to fix it, brought it out the second time and it was still wrong. Instead of sending it back again I just asked for a side of sauce and dipping sauce. Easy enough, right? No. The lady that was helping me disappeared. A manager came by asking if I had been helped. I asked him for the same thing. He disappeared as well. Several minutes later the first lady came out with one of the sauces I asked for then promptly turned around and disappeared again. Never once did she ask if that was all I needed. Never once got an apology my order was wrong. Wasnt offered any napkins, silverware etc. I have been ordering take out from BWW for several years (first time at this location) and can tell you I wont be back to this location ever. In looking into the seated area it didnt look like the service was much better. On top of all of this, as Im standing around trying to get someones attention, there was a server on the restaurant phone making plans for the weekend. Ignoring me and the couple customers behind me. Worst service ever. I eventually went behind the counter, grabbed the silverware and napkins I needed and left. In the middle of my work day, I dont have time to wait for rude service and to be ignored. My advice to others: go to a different location. The extra 10 min in drive time is worth not being ignored by the entire wait staff.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. We didnt even make it to a table. The manager Robert Fox was the rudest managers Ive ever talked to. The patron ahead of us left because no one even acknowled him. The manager brushed us off and and had a server or host figure out seating arrangements. Once the young lady came back she said it would be ten minutes before she could seat us because the servers had to get their tables drinks. I guess that meant we couldnt be seated while they got drinks. This was a little after 10 pm and not even close to a full house. After submitting my complaint to the corporate office this is their response. It really goes to show that this company has no interest in their customers or their concerns. "Hi Jason, Thanks for letting us know about your recent experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. Your feedback will help us to improve in the future, and we apologize that your visit did not meet expectations. We strive to provide the best service to our Guests, but we realize that issues do arise at times. For that reason--------INSERT RESOLUTION HERE------. DO NOTTTTT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO THIS LOCATION!! I took my husband here with my family today to celebrate his birthday. We HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! First of all the table was dirty. Our server Amanda was not very friendly and took forever to get our food. When we got our food like an hour later, all of our food was cold! Not only that, they forgot two of our french fries order. My husband asked to get his wings warmed up and by the time she came back his fries were even more cold and all of us were already done eating. My sister in law couldnt even finish her food and I only ate what I could from my sandwich. I have NVER HAD SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE AND TERRIBLE FOOD UNTIL I CAME TO THIS PLACE. The drinks were watered down and tasted like water and sugar mixed!!! When Amanda brought my check I didnt even bother to wait for her to come back so I went up to the front to pay for it up there. The woman there was not very friendly either! She said she couldnt check me out because she was not my server. I told her the server takes forever and I needed to go. I have paid for food up in the front before so I dont see how its not possible for her to take 2 minutes to do it. All she was doing up there was chatting with her other coworker. Too bad i didnt get her name! Point is DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND GET SOME REAL FOOD AND SERVICE!!

**Thieves work here** Not once, but twice, money was stolen from me by the staff. Yep. You read that right. First time: I ordered small size wings and mushroom appatizer. No drink, just water. I paid with a 50. The change she gave me was $24. My bill was $26 dollars? No way. I asked for my receipt that she took. Sure enough, my meal was $15.65. I figured it was a mistake and let her know. She gave me another $10 and ran off for like the 4th time. Um, still missing 35 cents. I dont really care about the money, I care that I deserve me correct change back. I left upset, but figured maybe she was just having an off day, so I decided to give it another go. Second time: Just got wings this time. My total was $8.24 and, again, I paid with a 50. The change I received was $41. Listen, I REALLY dont care about 76 cents. I care that these people are STEALING from paying customers. Im not blind or dumb. I see whats going on. Pocket change × number of tables served really adds up. Not to mention, the place of filthy and I am never greeted when I come in the door. Both times I arrived I stood waiting for a host while my group and I watched 2 waitresses flirt with the manager barely feet away from us. And, lets be honest, the food is over priced and over rated.
