Really disappointing service at this location for several reasons... 1. After we got drinks, we were never offered appetizers. 2. The servers missed one of the orders, so someone was sitting without food for about 10 minutes. No one even addressed the fact that there was an error or apologized for it. 3. We were never asked if we wanted more drinks, except for water and soda which were refilled once through the entire visit. The servers missed out big time because we would have definitely ordered more alcohol. 4. I mentioned to our server that it was my friends birthday and they handed out checks without doing anything about it. 5. We were never offered coffee or dessert before being given our check, both of which we would have liked to order. Really too bad for a place with so much potential and decent food to have such terrible service.

I get a call from my Son, he wants to by me Dinner, WoW. I was like, what are you thinking, Olive Garden he says, Im excited, havent had it OG in a long time. I get home and he tells me, that dinner had to change To Qdoba. He tells me he tried to order on line it was a nightmare, not user friendly , He tells me that we would get a free appetizer if we ordered on line, he fills out the online membership and the code would be emailed. NEVER says anything about 48 to 72 hours. And he also said it was confusing. I said lets freeze it and I will call and do take out, that was A Mistake. And when I called back and ask for Assnt MG, she took care of the order, when I picked up. I get home and granted I ate late tonight 21:46 , the Chicken Marsala no flavor, Not pounded.down, the potatoes were not the way i remember either. Disappointed .

I will start with this statement, the food was of a quality below what was charged to us, and our server was above reproach. That being said, upon my arrival and seating the facility was presenting a clean and tidy invatation to a welcome hot soup on a chilly day. However, once seated, i opened my menu to be greeted with a shower of straw wrappers falling to the table in front of me, i also saw what i hope is only a sauce of some kind in flecked and rivuled across my menu. Then add in dotted something on one fork and the knife, two plates feeling greasy, and one, once again, with a chunk or two left on it by the last diner. Now, ten to one most people wont notice, yes Im particular, but still a poor representation for the brand. It is sad when golden corral can keep their dishes better than olive garden.

Food was dry. My aunt ordered the steak garganola. Her state was extremely tough. We asked that they take the steak and bring her shrimp since it was so tough. Took 20 minutes to get the shrimp. The waitress charged her $4.00 and didnt even tell her. She didnt realize until we got home. My daughter had the chicken Alfredo and there was very little sauce. Very dry. I had the chicken scampi which for the most part was good. My husband had the lasanza which he said was fair. Bread sticks were plain. Couldnt taste butter or garlic on them. Over all I would chose a different restaurant.

Ive been to two or thre actual Italian restaurants in my life chain or not. Maybe 500 fake ones that are American pasta dish restaurants called Italian sometimes with a little more an occasional meatball or heaven forbid they make a big deal that they have veal picatta. Italian food is a lot of meat dishes, if Italian people lived on they on ultra high generally low quality carbohydrates plus tomato dishes like most of the menu in "Italian" restaurants they would all die of diabetes by 30. This is a whole chain of that junk. Edit: Aka Japanese diet isnt only ramen.

We were two people on a Monday night in November. The place was rather quiet. All the staff was courteous and we ate great pasta at decent prices. This location is better than others Ive been to in the past. Oh, and other reviewers should really stop complaining that Olive Garden isnt a "real" Italian restaurant. Of course it isnt! Its Americanized Italian food and thats OK with me. If you want a real Italian joint go to a town with a Little Italy district and look for a tiny place that reeks of garlic! 5 stars for this Olive Garden.

The food was brought to the table, my ziti was dumped in my lap. The manager came out and said the meal was on them due to it being dumped on me. I figured the meal would be free alas only the entree dumped on me was removed. Offer someone a free meal make it that. I ended up having to replace the shorts I was wearing and pay $25 for lunch. Mistakes happen but making it right is how you keep customers coming back. I was incredibly understanding and Im very disappointed in how the situation was handled and wont be back!

Take-out food has consistently been horrible. It may be a great sit-down restaurant, but with two little ones under the age of three, we like to treat ourselves to good food without the hassle of actually going out to a restaurant. The Olive Garden in Greeley just does not seem to be able to cut it. Food portions are a lot smaller, and it tastes like theres some kind of chemical added to the food(!). Weve given it three tries months apart, and its always the same awful experience. We give up...

Me and my wife showed up at 9:05 PM we we seated around the corner of the kitchen in the corner. We waited till 9:25 and not one person came by to get a drink order or ask us how we are doing or anything. No sign of anyone while the other side of the restaurant had plenty of open seating. So we got up to leave and on the way out passed by 7 employees and not a single one asked hi, good night, how was your meal or anything. On top of everything this is valentines weekend. Will never return

Service is great here. I always sit in the bar and never have anything to complain about. I love the soup and salad and order it most of the time. The menu has changed quite a bit. I love the new stuff as much as the old. The menu is getting more authentic and I find myself looking forward to the new flavors. The prices are in the medium range but the entrees are in the upper as far as flavor. I love the house wine. Try it at least one time.

We ordered To Go order. Food was reasonably warm, but service getting the order was slow. I was there at time of pickup but had to wait for 10 mins for right person. It was ridiculous.Stuffed mushrooms were not great with clams and salad is very bland. If they want o make successful to go system, then orders need to be picked up immediately, not left in locker till employees have time to deal with customers.

Staff was slow and clueless on the concept oF being a good server, and stained aprons. Disrespectfull. It took over 40 minutes on a Sunday night to get the order. Food was cold and poor quality. I ordered to go and one of the breads sticks had a bite taken out of it. Poor managemen, I repeat poor managment. Frozen lasagna is better and cheaper. I am just waiting for the food born illness to set in.
