This was copied from an email we sent directly to the company... So it was not completely worded right for a review but we felt it needed to be put out there.. I am a consumer that stopped into this pizza joint on 4/24/13 with my husband on his lunch break. They offered an all you can eat meal deal for 7.95. We also ordered a half of a caesar salad. Additionally, I ordered a calzone with meatballs and spinach. We sat down and waited.. It took twenty minutes for someone to bring just the salad and when we received it the knots on the plate were still frozen in the middle and the salad itself was mostly brown and rotten (yes, brown, rotten, wilted lettuce that smelled). My husband took the salad back up to the counter and he wasn’t even offered an apology, the woman (who we later found out was your manager) snottily insisted on another salad. We didn’t want another salad and told her this, and also asked where the pizza was now that it was thirty minutes later (bear in mind all you can eat, thirty minutes passed). How is it all you can eat if you don’t even have the pizza made? She admitted that they had not even started making his lunch yet and that it would be served with the calzone and that’s just the way it was, “the way we do things,” she said. No other explanation was offered. At this point my husbands lunch break was already more than half over and we had not even seen the main part of our lunch yet. I have ordered many calzones from many pizza places in the springs and even at their busiest it didn’t take this long and I was still waiting. About 5 to 10 minutes later she brought out two pieces of pepperoni and said that they had not even started making the specialty pizza my husband ordered for lunch nearly FORTY minutes earlier (the pepperoni pizza was cold and looked very old). My husband attempted to get his money back and asked for a manager. She said she would cancel the credit transaction, and my husband said that takes up to a week and he wanted to go someone that serves food and eat and give the money to another restaurant. The woman said that she IS the manager, and “that’s the way it works here,” and her exact words were, “I’m NOT going to argue with you anymore. GET OUT!” Just thought I would let you know that your “manager” is letting people sit for up to 40 minutes without even MAKING food, in an EMPTY restaurant, while serving ROTTEN lettuce and treating customers like it’s THEIR fault. Now WE, as the customers, have to live with YOUR mistake for the next week in HOPE that we get our money back and that you are honest enough people to not steal and misuse our credit information. She should have (and could have) refunded cash because now – as the consumer, WE are not only inconvenienced by YOUR lunch mistakes, but have to live without that money for a week, and all we did was make the mistake of going to your restaurant. Pizza Time got our business, we had our food in under 2 minutes, and it was 14 dollars cheaper. Friends, family, coworkers, church groups, and fellow students will all know about our experience here at Borriello Brothers. We are sending this email because she said the only way to contact her bosses was through the website. How convenient for her to be able to upset customers and completely avoid the situation at hand by telling them that she has no contact with her superiors and basically can do as she pleases.

after a long time not going to Borriello Brothers we decided to give it a shot. So last night at approximately 6:30 PM we arrived at 5490 Powers Center Pt # 180 and got in line to place our order. It made me wonder that the girl behind the counter could not even push the button to place my order for a beer. After some time, someone who could push the button came and did so. When I looked around I noticed that the restaurant was not filled to its capacity but every empty table was dirty. So we went and cleared a table ourselves since the girl did not seem to comprehend that we would like a clean table. We sat down and waited for our order. While sitting there I was wondering about my beer and my wife went to the counter to ask about it. We were told that the beer went on a "drink order" and someone would bring it to the table. About 20 minutes later the girl started to clean the table next to us and I again asked for the beer. She said she would take care of it and left to look for someone who could actually bring the beer since she was not 21 yet. After a while a young man came and handed me a beer bottle with the cap still on it but left before I could ask for a bottle opener. Yes, the Fat Tire beer is not a twist off! No offer of a glass either! Fortunately we did manage to open the bottle and patiently waited for our pizza. Since we sat next to the counter I observed several other patrons asking for their orders. Again, the restaurant was not that full but everyone behind the counter seemed extremely busy. The point I am trying to make here is that customer service was way below par and I sincerly doubt that we will visit this restaurant again.

I am really disappointed by boriello brothers. Ive been a loyal customer since their only location on Platte. In the past, Ive ordered pizza and have waited patiently - sometimes over an hour after their confirmation quote. I realize it may just be a bad day, etc. My patience and tolerance for people is unparalleled. I have spent many years in the restaurant industry. I understand things dont always work out the way you want them too. Last Sunday, I ordered two medium one topping pizzas and an order of garlic knots for a birthday party for my nephew. My order was placed three minutes after they opened. My confirmation said I would receive my order at 11:55 am. 12:35 rolls around. I finally call the store to get an ETA. they apologize. Say the driver is en route, and will be here within ten minutes. 1:15 pm, I am once again on the phone and this time I ask for a manager. He apologizes too. Tells me that he would be happy to refund my order and even place a credit for next time. Free things arent my point, here. The manager says, "maybe pickup would have been better for you." I bite my tongue and want to tell him that maybe they shouldnt offer delivery if they cannot handle delivering pizzas within an acceptable time frame. Most people are reasonable. An additional fifteen minute grace period is fine. But to receive the simplest order 2.25 hours later is just ludacris. Here, I find myself having to call them again. Because that "credit" that was supposed to be charged back onto my card still isnt there. This is a poorly run establishment with absolutely no follow through. The pizza is good. The employees are not.

I am so frustrated right now.I ordered a two pizzas and a calzone. The order arrived an hour later. The pizzas and the calzone were cold, cheese unmelted, toppings uncooked, crust soggy and under cooked. Nothing was prepared properly. I called the restaurant and spoke to the mananger. The woman on the phone did not identify herself and seemed as though an improperly prepared order was not that big of a deal. She said that the order would be redone and that we needed to return our uncooked order to the delivery driver. I explained that I have always enjoyed their pizzas in the past and that this was unsatisfactory. The woman could not hang up on me any faster. She seemed annoyed by my comment. After waiting another 43 minutes, our pizzas finally arrived and yet again were sub-par. I called the restaurant again and spoke to the manager. I told her about the condition of the pizzas and she told me that they put the pizzas in the "gluten free" oven 5 times to make sure that they were cooked. Its just the gluten free crust that they can not get cooked all the way. I told her that I have ordered gluten free from other pizza shops and those pizzas were fully cooked. Im not blaming the uncooked dough on her, but she did absolutely nothing to keep my business; poor attitude. I guess I will be picking up frozen pizzas from the grocery store next time.
