Large club-like bar with multi-levels. Has some excellent lounging areas which offers different vibes depending on what youre there for. The only problem is that unless its a busy night the place feels pretty dead because of how big it is. Fantastic outside smoking area with heat fan and deck. Really nice reprieve for the smoker that doesnt want to venture into the cold. The other thing Ive noticed is that as soon as I start liking a bartender here, they disappear. Kind of disappointing that they turn over their staff so quickly. All in all its a nice bar. The bartenders are usually really good (while they are there) and the vibes are usually a lot of fun. **I usually go on goth night to the Sub-T which isnt just for gays.**

This is a great place for travelers like me. Everyone was friendly and inviting. They have Texas Holdem tourneys and played a bar bingo game that taught me a lot about the local history and stories. Great place for great conversations. I know it is a gay bar, but I met some nice ladies there too. The bartenders were great too! Very welcoming and invited me into conversations with the regulars. If you like to socialize, but maybe are not so good at starting conversations, hang out here for dinner. Food was very good too. I think there is a dance club cnnected to it, but I never made it over there. Was having too much fun talking.

This place is great. I have only been there a few times and have had some good times. The music is awesome and the staff are very friendly. I have been to the other lgbt bars and clubs in the area and was not very comfortable or felt out of place with all the under 21 crowd hanging out in there little groups. Theres more grown up people here, its 18 and up but theres a lot of 20s and 30s there also such as myself. Note: there is a parking garage directily accross the street that charges $1 after 2pm. Check it out guys, you might find me on the dance floor.

It was a cool place to go until they started cover and split up the club in two diff parts and charge for half of the club. The big thing is the entrance to the dance floor is in tGood he alley where its kinda dark which is dangerous.... What are they thinking ??? Come on..... 2017 now.... Still is not an fun place !!! Do not come here... Better off at a straight place !!! New owners dont know how to run a place... Soooooo Sad for a very up standing building... Someone else please buy the building !!!!

Called using the number available here, asked if I cld place an order to go for wings n tater skins. I was told I had to b here to order. Showed up about 5 mins later to order, only to find out that the menu has changed from what is available online. Sooo I still ordered cuz I hada craving, Ill prolly b bk at sum point but not for food. Get ur crap together, this is the tech age, especially if ur just going to use a menu from another Restraunt..... Other than that quick service...

Okay, first of all a rainbow Bud Light sign does not a gay bar make! And I wouldnt even go so far as to say that this is a gay friendly establishment. We checked this out on a Saturday night and were very disappointed. The bartender was nice, but completely unprepared to pour a martini. To top this off, the bar back made an incredibly rude, borderline racist comment. No thanks.

Visited yesterday early evening. 2 other patrons sitting at the bar. Bartender was not friendly towards us. He took the order and walked away to talk with the other 2 people. Considering they claim to be gay friendly. Didnt notice a single item in the bar to even accommodate that statement. Probably will not be back since our first visit and impression was tarnished.

The Underground has perhaps the best atmosphere and most diverse crowd in all of Colorado Springs. Great staff. The bartenders are on the ball and serve you quick. The prices are spot-on and the food is amazing! The DJs play a diverse selection of tunes... From drum & Bass, to house, 80s pop, Trance, and on Sundays, Industrial and hard style...

Ive been coming to this bar since the 80s. Apparently there is new ownership. They dont even take the chairs off the tables when they open. Ive been here an hour and the chairs are still on the tables. They have signs everywhere to address the 1% of problems. Its a mess right now. If it wasnt for the amazing feel of this bar it would be a one star.

Not so much a gay bar as it is a bar that is accepting calls everyone treat everyone with respect and has a good time karaoke and spoken word in our two bars on Wednesday karaoke on Saturday esm on Thursday and hip hop on Friday adding a show for Saturday and trimmers such a great fun place to come hang out and a fantastic place to eat

Planned on meeting friends to sing some karaoke. The KJ didnt show up, so we went elsewhere. Ive offered my services for free to that place, a few times, just to service the community. Theres only one other gay bar in town that has karaoke during the week and its great. Underground could be an awesome karaoke bar. Such a shame.

Cool little bar tucked away. The bartender was cool. Nothing that sets it way apart. However, it does have a connected club. Its cool if you love dancing and would like to go between the two. On the other hand, if your not a real night energy and are looking for something truly low key, this isnt your place.

If youre looking for a place to chill on a Friday night, The Underground is it. They play great music, have awesome karaoke nights, and the bartenders are friendly and very personable. The drink prices are reasonable as well!

Its quite a beautiful place, however Friday nights are usually very slow until after Midnight. My service has been great though. The DJs usually have a very good mix of music. French Fries are fantastic!

The cheese sticks there are out of this world. The drinks are reasonable and tasty. Bartender is super nice and helpful. Had a sweetart shot and absolutely loved it. Multiple atmospheres within one bar.
