The worst service ever. When we first got there the girl in the front was so rude. I understand youre having a bad day but dont take it out on people that are not. Plus its a job you have to try and be polite. Once we got to out seats the table was dirty, the girl apologized and said that she forgot to clean the table. We then sat down and were waiting for the longest time. The waitresses was taking forever to get our drink and our order and she was forgetting everything. I didnt get mad just because i understand it was just probably a busy day for them. Finally we got our food and I started eating right away, I was starving. On the 3rd wing I bit into, something tasted very off but I ignored it and took another bite. This time it tasted horrible. I looked down at it and it and the wing was so red you could see some blood on it. It was completely raw. All of a sudden my appetite went away and I honestly wanted to throw up a little bit. Right away I informed the waitress and she said she will take the food and replace it right immediately. The manager came out and tried to say that the wings were not harmful and that he will be happy to give me something else on the menu or give me a new plate of wings. My husband convinced me to try them one more time. I knew he just wanted to have them for himself. They brought me the new wings and he bit into them first and said they were alright. I took a bite of one and it just tasted the same as the last one I had ate. We cut a few in half, just to see if they were raw, and some were a little hit red. We decided to just pay and leave after that. I just did not feel like making a big scene about it anymore. I was kind of frustrated and i felt bad complaining to them again. I felt like that would frustrate them too. We got the check and I was hoping maybe they would give us a small discount. Instead they added an extra beer to the check. It said we ordered 3 beers when I know my husband ordered 2. We told the waitress and she apologized and said she would fix that. We payed and left as soon as we could. I love wings but I will never go to this place again. :(

I went to BWW with a group of coworkers to send a few of them off to new endeavors. I asked for a table of 10-12 and the host didnt really seem phased or in a rush to help us set up the table. I had to ask if hed actually seat us so we didnt have to stand in the entrance. He said sure, and still stood at the podium for a bit, but finally set up the table. Once we got to the table, the waitress was slow to help us. Like, she walked past us numerous times and didnt stop or say hi. Once she did, she took our orders and only half was brought out when it came time to bring it to the table. A table of ten was being ignored overall. After about 20 minutes we finally got the attention of our waitress. We asked where the rest of our food was, and it was told to us they it was just left in the window since the original run. The wings were a little old looking by this point and they didnt offer any explanation or attempt to apologize. We asked for water, and it took about 45 minutes the first time. When we asked for refills on anything, it never came. The waitress was quick to leave the table, never stopped to ask about refills, and we had to find a server from another section to get silverware. Last of all, as the waitress began to clear the table, she dropped multiple trays of trash and bones on us, simply said "sorry..." and hurried away. BWW has been going down hill at this location, and so much any more, its not worth the overwhelming price (for two people on the bill, it was over $60, which also took forever to get, even though other people at the table had been given theirs). Overall, same basic wings, ever degrading service, next to no beer selection (this is Northern Colorado, and they only carry macro and New Belgium), and am unjustifiable price. I think Im done going to Buffalo Wild Wings.

Strike 3!!! I have been into this BWW multiple times and the last 3 times I have had horrific service and terrible wings. The waitresses are unattentive and slow. The first strike was when it took them 22 mins from the time the hostess sat us to the time the waitress came to take our 3 drink order. This happened on a Wednesday night at 7:00pm and there was hardly anyone else in the dining area. On the the second strike, we received "crappy" services due to a larger party that was in the waitresses serving area. She was more concerned with getting a bigger tip from a table of 8 rather than giving good service to my party of 4. We had to ask another waiter passing by to get refills on our drinks. Again this occurred on a night where they were not busy at all. After that I told myself, I was never going to dine in again, so instead I would try their takeout service. That was strike three. Fried pickles were under cooked; the wings were over cooked, abnormally small & really "fatty". I ordered in total 25 "extra wet" wings and the wings I received were practically dry. I wish I could rate this Buffalo Wild Wings with ZERO stars. The quality of service and food is much better at the one in Loveland or Fort Collins and is worth the extra drive.

I have never been treated this bad. We Waited forever to be seated, even though the tables were clean. Then we were rushed to take our order. Our waitress brought us our appetizer and then we were completely ignored. We did not even get our drinks.. We made eye contact with her multiple times. We acted distressed around other waiters. She made her rounds yet sipped us every time. Me and my boyfriend wanted to leave, and we waited a prolong time, but we still were ignored. Finally we got up and left. My boyfriend saw that he left his phone so went back inside. They refused to give us our phone back till we paid. I told the manager about our experience and she told me I would get an offence ,that were suspicious, and how she was going to watch the cameras. I invited her to watch the cameras and questioned to her why are we suspicious? If we were going to skip tab we would have waited for the whole meal, not a $4 appetizer. I have never been this offended. I didnt know buffalo wild wings discriminated, accuse customers, and threaten. She charged me the $4, then refunded me, and say Im keeping this for records.

The last time I went in the place smelled of vomit. The server was less than interested in me. All she was missing was the sign around her neck that said F$@# You....The woman manager came out and asked me how my wings are. I then said they were a bit cold...No apology no nothing. All she said was "I didnt expect anything different" WOW, great management...The time before I waited in the bar for 10 min and no one acknowledge me what so ever. I left telling the same woman manager, the issue. She then said "Ok have a great day." She didnt try to save my business, nothing. Only one manager ever tried to explain things and how and why their service was so terrible. I now travel to Loveland to eat. Its a pain because the greeley store is 5 min from my house. But well worth the drive and I would encourage all to try the Loveland store...4-5 star service there. I will never set foot into the Greeley store again..This store has major issues with customer service and management. I hope Corporate opens their eyes and fixes it..Until then, BWW Loveland will get my 2-3 days a week business..
