They sent us a text with 25 minutes to use the password. We arrived at Brooklyns about 5 minutes later. When we got there, the doors were locked and the lights were out. We had been waiting for about an hour to get into this place. The fact that they sent us a text and then locked the door wasnt great, but it was also 13 degrees so we were freezing and locked out. Not a great experience with Brooklyns this time.
