First-timer went in for lunch as I heard they had 10 wings for $5 and I do love me some wings. Heres what I came away with: Food: Those were the meatiest wings Ive had in this town, by a long shot. I had ordered extra assuming they would be anemic like most places but ended up taking quite a few home. The coating was the perfect density and they were cooked a little long but not by much. I like my wings hot and got those, Ive had hotter but they tasted great, very traditional. Service: The servers were "real"...in other words they were polite and helpful but not gushing all over the customers. I appreciate that as I find the latter very annoying. Most impressive was I was looking over the menu and asked what he recommends to people; he started pointing out things and then continued pointing out things and finally stopped and said, "truthfully, everything is good!". Maybe or maybe not, but he truly believed it which means something. Finally, he and another server kept my glass full, something i definitely appreciate. Nitpick: Only reason I didnt go 5 stars is that you have to get wings in groups of 10. I understand a minimum of 10 and although Ive been to places that charge you per wing after a set amount (like 10), I could understand a minimum of 5 thereafter, but 10 is too much. I look forward to going back to the Hatch Cover to try other things on the menu...as long as I can resist the temptation to just get their wings over and over!!

Their "50-cent wings" were overcooked, dry, inedible...and you have to buy 10, so they lie up front to get you in the door...all their adverts in the local papers, and the big sign out front, are for "50-cent wings", rather than the truth, which is "10 wings for $5". When they finally pulled the wings out of the fryer after 12 minutes (should have been cooked in 3-4 minutes; Im a chef, I know this stuff), they then shake a few drops of Tabasco sauce on them, and then serve with bought-in "blue cheese" nasty dressing. When you make wings, you fry them just 3-4 minutes (depending on oil temp, 340-365 at 6000 altitude), then toss the cooked wings in a butter/hot sauce, and serve with a QUALITY blue cheese dressing. It is cheaper to make your own delicious b/c (or ranch) dressing, than the bought in crap, btw, Curly, Shemp, and Mo. A waste of $5, and never again from that kitchen. The bar service was good though, will never eat there again..Chix wings are the easiest thing on earth to rock, and if done right, these clowns could have 10X many more customers in the door every night...but dont think the owner wants that, though, for whatever crazy reason.

Weve been going to Hatch Cover the past 2 years and every time its been a great experience. The wait staff are always on point with getting what you need (even with larger groups), the drinks are on point and the crowd is usually pretty relaxed which is nice. I havent explored too much with respect to the food - Ive only had the burger the few times weve gone. Ive heard great things about the wings from some of my friends, but never tried them myself. If you are looking for a spot to unwind after a long day, host a very casual/office get together - this is a great spot.

Very disappointed with the service on the first floor. This use to be our hangout place for friends and coworkers, until the started charging 20% gratuity on all of our checks! They refused to adjust our bill.And they got everyones tab wrong! The waitress did not care and refused to make any adjustments.80.00 bucks later for 1 pitcher of beer and 2 crappy dinners. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE BUSINESS! RIP OFF! And notice how old the good reviews are on this place, the good food and service is LONG GONE! Prove me wrong please.

Flat, warm beer. Complained about it, and they couldnt have cared less! Bad services, bad tasting appetizers. Asked to talk with the manager, and waited... and waited... and waited. Stopped the waitress, and she said the manager was busy cooking, and wouldnt be coming to talk with us, and heres the bill. Pay up (suckers!). This used to be a really good place.. We used to come here all the time. Must have changed ownership, or something.

I planned a work event here, and it was great! They proactively called ahead to confirm the booking, and offered great service throughout the evening. We had the upstairs to ourselves, with several dedicated staff members to keep the food and drinks coming. I would definitely recommend this place for casual events- they made it very easy and stress-free!

over charged me for beer I didnt even get to drink. bouncer picked a fight with a dunk, and would not let him leave. Im telling you know if you want them to steal your money, and have the bouncer ruff you up you should go to this shitty bar. -1 out ten would never go back , even if you paid me.

Best wings in colorado. If you love wings you eat them here. Price flavor size and quality are always better than anything else Ive ever tried. All the food is good and made fresh. Been going in for years and cant complain about much. Bouncers at night are stiff but once your in who cares.

This place is a hole in the wall but has good food. Very large food portions. Im from out of state and thought it is a good spot to eat after a long hike. I didnt give this place a 5 star because the atmosphere is not very welcoming because it is so dark in there.

Food is inconsistent. Employees inconsitent. Love the place, been here often, food is not always the same depending who is on the line, staff is basically the same, but depending on how many people and what kind of day they are having you get different service.

I miss going there but I do love it there I miss bartenders and the security they are really cool and down to earth. But dont go bringing trouble cause they dont play. Other than that I would recommend people to go there. Food is awesome and great vibes.

Credit limit of $7 is not a good policy because some people like to drink one beer , and the dance platform is way too small , its always crowded and you cant move around to dance or find a table to sit down , parking space is okay

Great Atmosphere and the very best place EVER to watch the Superbowl! Their food is excellent and the service is great! Feels like a family place every time I have gone! LOVE Hatch Cover! Gotta try ALL of their wings flavors!!!

Went in, slow night. We sat there for at least 10 minutes, never even got acknowledged even though a waitress walked past us multiple times? It was just a really uncomfortable atmosphere. We just decided to go somewhere else.

I would go back here. The coney dogs were a good value for the kids. Sandwich options a plenty. Maybe too many menu options. The wings were decent. Nothing special about them, but at 50 cents a piece, I was happy.

I had the western burger and it was one of the best burgers Ive had in the springs. We did a work event with approximately 60 people and they did a great job staying attentive to three madness that we brought!
