Just went through here on my way to work. I generally like my drinks kinda sweet but not too sweet. I asked for a caramel latte from the two young gentlemen working. Their customer service was pretty good but the drink was terrible, and it took so long for them to make it! The espresso tasted extremely weak, and the milk was not hot. Im guessing that their espresso is always weak, its just usually masked by nutella, peanut butter, or other wacky flavorings. If you love the super rich drinks, youll love this place, but if you love the taste of espresso and prefer a solid latte or americano, keep driving. Also worth noting - I stopped at starbucks and ordered yet another caramel latte after tasting this one, and starbucks was cheaper. Hail corporate.

This location on Barnes Rd. has drastically gone downhill. When I first started going there about a year ago, it is so convenient to where I live, it was really great. I always got my order quickly and the barista was very knowledgeable about the products. Over time, it has gotten to be poor service. Today was the last straw. I sat in line for nearly 10 minutes. There was one car sitting at the window and then me. I waited and the girl in the car did not seem to be ordering anything. I left and came back 45 minutes later. The same car was still there on the other side. It appears they were visiting. Wont be going back.

I was so excited when I spotted this drive-up coffee stand - made me think of being out in the Northwest - and in my first 3 visits the best part so far has been the friendly and helpful staff. Great folks! As far as the coffee, I always order brewed and I love that they have a variety of sweeteners (like agave) and creamers to choose from. I wish the coffee was hotter however. But I will be back - especially because the "spot" rewards are great and Loco Bean offers lots of special extras and double spot chances etc.

Jury is still out, havent been back to this place in a while since Ive discovered Scooters. Ive found the coffee products to be inconsistently made, quality wise and from the last few visits Ive made, they seem to not be that efficient (translated - slow). I do enjoy the friendly and personable staff, but my issues with quality of the drinks, and the service timeliness have been downers... Ill come back to this place within the week and hope they have improved dramatically since my last visit.

The chai is alright, but when I ordered they automatically put espresso in it. I didnt like it so I didnt drink it. I came back to tell them that I didnt like it and I didnt order it with espresso and they said that they could give me 10% off. They did not even offer to comp the chai that Had to be remade. So I ended up paying for a chai I didnt even drink and another chai. All in all I will most likely not come back to this one because they do not have very good customer service.

I order the same thing every time I go to Loco Bean but I get charged differently depending on who is working. It says theyre open at 5am but Ive been there three times after 5am and they werent open. I was there today at a couple minutes after 6am and there was nobody there. Last week I ordered a small and got a medium. This week I ordered a latte and got a mocha. The product and price are good, the service not so much.

Loco Bean Coffee is really good! I am a self proclaimed coffee snob, and since I am a barista I have a well rounded taste in coffee. I tried their nitro cold brew "all done up." It was really good! The owner was working the bar tonight, and is an awesome guy! He was really knowledgeable and was willing to spend time talking with me about his products. Dont even think twice, just go there and try it!

Loco Bean has some of the best specialty coffee drinks around! John and his staff are always super friendly and engaging. I only wish there were a location a little closer to my house, but its worth the drive if I want a really great drink. Keep up the good work!
