All the 1 star reviews are irrelevant its a food service your bound to find a hair or two in your food every now and then, and that doesnt mean that its a terrible place. My family and I just moved here to the Springs from MS and we have notice that the hospitality is much brighter than MS. Ever since we arrived here we notice there is always a line out the parking lot of Dutch Bros, so today we decided to check it out. We were third in line waiting to drive up to the window when a man comes out the door with a sense of urgency and comes to my window and greets us. We tell him that its our first time coming here and he explains all the drinks and he ends up taking our order and runs back inside. By the time we get to the window our drinks were ready. He states that "You said it was your first time here right?" and smiles and says "dont worry about it have a great day" The customer service is great and the drinks are awesome better than Starbucks. I find myself coming here more often! Oh yeah and the guys name was Jake, pretty awesome dude.

This may or may not be a unique review. I have not looked at other reviews in this regard. My favorite part of the Dutch Brothers experience is the lid they use. I Love It. At the risk of...well...being risque, theres something about drinking coffee from a nipple that just is really unique to my coffee drinking experience. There is also, that the coffee is damn good, the fact that it comes from a nipple is more of a bonus really. I did mention the potential uniqueness of my thoughts here...I do hope you smiled through it.

Ive gotten to know these wonderful humans, and each one has never failed to leave me with a smile. Theyre always quick as lightning to suggest something great if Im having an off day and Im not sure what to order. Plus they always ask if everything looks and tastes okay before I drive off. Not necessarily my favorite location lot-wise seeing as its very small and can get busy, but these employees always make sure the trip is worth it.

I go there a few times a week and the staff there is always very friendly make you feel like they truly glad that you stop at their location . They make small talk and treat you like a friend not like a stranger that they have to serve. On rare occasion that the order is wrong they are happy to fix it. One of the best places to drive through coffee shops in town.

I LOVE DB COFFEE but only when the coffee isnt burnt (95% of my drinks from this location) and the dairy is curdled from being out of the fridge too long durning summer (15% of my summer beverages). Their phone lines were down yesterday when I purchased my thousandth burnt coffee. I need to remember to try it before I drive off.

We had to drive off before we got our stuff. This place still has a great product - coffees and teas that are amazing but it has gotten so slow you cant really stop here anymore. They used to be really friendly and fast but now they are soooooo slooowwww. We dont expect super fast but please ... a short line takes 15 minutes.

Oh boy! We usually love Dutch Bros but todays visit was nothing short of awful. Every single employee was so busy visiting with the guests at the walk up window that we were basically ignored. Took forever to get our mediocre coffees that basically just taste like milk. Will not be visiting this location ever again.

Expensive but they add shots based on size (large had FOUR!!), so its worth it compared to Starbucks... two shots no matter what size you order, folks! Its a rip off... at least Dutch Bros. Knows how many shots a large crazy expensive drink should have! The people there actually seem to like their job, too.

This place is disgusting. My friend had a really long hair floating in her cup. Looked like a womans hair. We immediately saw it thank goodness and handed it back. Then when I got mine another really long hair was halfway in my cup sticking out from under my lid. We are never going back. So unsanitary!

Love how when theyre busy, they send someone out to get drink orders to get them going through the line faster. Always have great, friendly service, and theyre decently priced (even with the recent price increase) among similar establishments. My fav is the iced annihilater!

We showed up 4 minutes past closing time on Christmas Eve (we didnt know their holiday hours) and they still served us. Extremely cheerily, I might add. The hot chocolate was delicious. Amazing service from great people. We would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Me, the Wife and kids absolutely love this place! It its very addicting we say! My only issue is the employees seem to change alot, It dont matter the location. Dont get comfortable with someone because they wont be there for very long, seems like a revolving door!

They are always so laid back and are really nice. they have the best customer service and my family enjoys stopping through for our drink needs. They have the best coffee and other options in Colorado. I love there blended energy drinks that they call Rebels!!!!

Hate them and all the terrible drivers who break the law... they need to pay to put in a turn lane so the... um wonderful drivers arent blocking the roadways. I dont know why the police dont sit there and issue tickets all day. DOUBLE YELLOW MEANS NO TURNY!!!

I love this location. Everyone is super friendly and the service is fast. My dog even loves it here, he perks up when we drive up, and they all know him by name and toss him treats. Really appreciate the service I get here.

Love the drinks here especially the coffee! Little crowded and a long wait when they are busy (which is often) but totally worth it! Average prices about $4 for a medium drink. They also have a kids selection for drinks.
