Being from Washington Ive grown up on Starbucks. This Starbucks is not very good and staff wasnt very friendly nor was they working in much of an order. Its always busy but even with the line one person took my order and starts it while another finishes, and before I could pay him when he stepped back to register two other people tried taking my order. There was no suggestive selling and lobby was mess, table placement awkward to walk around for when going to end of counter for pick up order and exiting. No-one here comprehends how to make a venti quad shot cold pour Carmel latte. They usually put in iced latte/frapaccino cup and either fill half way with milk or all the way AND instead of basic Carmel espresso syrup they put in Carmel sauce. And instead of the $5.75 it should be they charge $8. When they cant make a basic latte they dont deserve the Starbucks name.

Id like to start off by saying Starbucks is a great place to get decent coffee, pretty much anywhere you go, but not here. Since moving back to this area Ive gone to this Starbucks several times in the past month or so. Every single time its a crapshoot what Im gonna get after I order. I only ever order two drinks, a venti black eye or a grande mocha. More often than not they burn the espresso. Two drinks that rely on espresso and they ruin it. Today takes the cake though. I went through the drive through and ordered a venti black eye with cream and 4 sugars in the raw. What I got was lukewarm black coffee, no cream, no shots, no sugar. The service here is good, but only if you get the right baristas. I would recommend going to the Starbucks in Safeway right across the parking lot.

This Starbucks is the worst Ive encountered so far. I always go to Starbucks because of their level of quality control but this place missed their training on that. In the past month I have been to this Starbucks 8 times and only one of those times was my espresso not burnt. Twice they got my order completely wrong. The one time I went in rather than through the drive-through we were ignored for a full five minutes (standing at the register) while the employees joked around with each other. We didnt even get a "be right with you" or "welcome to Starbucks". I almost walked out. Needless to say, I now drive out of my way to go to a Starbucks that can make their coffee properly.

Ive tired this location multiple different times in hopes of it living up to the typical Starbucks standard and I have been disappointed every single time. Not only does it take them FOREVER to get your drink/food out to you (whether you go in or thru the drive thru its ridiculously slow) but my order has never been right. And when you tell them its wrong, the barista gets an attitude and treats you like dirt. I ordered the Bantam bagels today and by the time I got them, because she gave them to the wrong costumer, they were still frozen in the middle. Never ever going back to this location. So disappointed

My only issue with this location is lack of consistency. I went 2 days in a row and ordered the same drink each time. A grande iced skinny mocha. All it is, is espresso, nonfat milk & mocha syrup. The first day it was great, the second day... they handed me an unmixed cup of milk with caramel sauce stuck to the bottom and a splash of regular coffee on top. I figured they must have handed me the wrong drink but the order was written on the side of the cup. $5 for a cup of coffee flavored milk and caramel. Similar issues have happened in the past. Quality here really just depends on the time of day.

This Starbucks is by far the best one Ive ever gone to. The employees are superior in performance and productivity. I always order a special drink and even use the "secret Starbucks menu" to place orders and I have NEVER been disappointed. I regularly will drive the extra 5 miles from my home to come to this Starbucks and rexommend that of your looking for a Starbucks where everyone is polite and provide a pleasurable experience that you make this Starbucks your own "Cheers" where everyone knows your name as well as your drink! Stellar job Everyone!

I normally come through around 5am and the crew is fantastic. Today I visited at 1130 am and they were incredibly rude! The cashier lectured me "for future reference" the drink I ordered doesnt have whip cream. Its habit to say no whip cream. I ordered iced and it was served hot I kindly told the gal it was iced. She threw a fit. When she was done she threw the drink at me. Seriously. Grow the hell up and do your job. If you cant handle the service industry find a new job. I think I will avoid the day crew and stick with the early morning crowd.

This is the only Starbucks that actually pays attention to my order I hadnt been to a Starbucks in over a year because they ALWAYS messed my drink up. I was given a gift card so I figured why not try them one more time and low a behold I FINALLY found one that actually got and continues to get my drin CORRECT the first time would definitely recommend this Starbucks to anyone!!!!

3 of my last 5 visits here, I got the wrong order. They either key it in wrong or give me the wrong cup altogether. Its too bad, I really like the iced cinnamon almondmilk macchiato, but Im done with this store. Theyre too busy, the parking is a joke, NOBODY has enough courtesy to move their line over so cars can come and go. Its ridiculous. Hate this store.

Fast enough service to where you can stop by before work using the drive thru and get what you need. Also near grocery stores and about a dozen or more restaurants (fast food). Inside is well kept and they dont generally run out of what you want here. All in all its a decent enough starbucks to go to when you need it.

The girl at drive thru was highly disrespectful, not only did she get my order wrong twice, but had an issue with me asking politely if she could correctly fix the issue. Then she rolled her eyes at me. Very disappointed, as much as I love my Starbucks I will not be returning because of her service.. it was that bad.

Their service was quick. My only issue was an inconsistency in their drinks, since after getting coffee from here three separate days, I ended up with three different tasting drinks. This was mostly due to how much flavoring, milk, etc... they out into each one.

Just moved to Fountain a couple of weeks ago (originally from NYC), Ive been to this Starbucks 3 times and its by far the BEST one Ive been to. Extremely friendly & knowledgable baristas, clean store and overall chill atmosphere.

The employees here are incredibly kind and hard-working. Even on their busiest mornings, Ive never waited more than 10 minutes for my drink and the drive thru service is usually 5 minutes or less. They never make me feel rushed.

I love Starbucks. This location however is always on top of it. They have exceptional customer service. Ive eaten in and used their drive through. I havent been dissapointed!
