This will be the first of many reviews left on this place. For the past 6 months my wife who was severely injured in a car accident has had a craving for their Thai teas. For 5 months straight we ordered 4 teas a day every single day of the week. Thats $20 a day everyday. We got special permission from the owner or manager Karen ( whom some employees have no idea exists even though weve spoken with her on multiple occasions) to order the tea over the phone and pick it up. There are two employees at this location who seem to take exception to that because nobody else gets to do it? Maybe they are jealous because they arent good looking and they work a low level job and look to be in their mid to late 20s? I do t know but out of the 150 or so times we placed and order over the phone with no issues these two employees would claim we couldnt. The first time I would understand this because its against their normal rules. But these same two employees who for whatever reason like to mess with my disabled wife have now played this game for the tenth and last time. Theres one girl who wears glasses that looks miserable for obvious reasons who does and another tall African American guy who was purposely making the teas wrong so whenever my wife called in to order and heard their voices she would hang up knowing that they were doing something to her drinks( who knows what we werent there to see them made... maybe he spit in the drink?) he also insisted on charging for extra ice. Who charges for extra ice? Only those two employees do. More ice= less tea which means a savings on their part because Im sure tea is more expensive than the free ice they have to freeze. Either way these two unbelievably miserable employees have preyed on my wifes emotions for the last time. The other employees there are very nice but I wouldnt recommend this place in a million years now. And my 30-40 friends that go here that got my wife hooked wont be going here. And Im sure they will leave their own reviews based off her treatment. This became such an ordeal they put a giant sticky note saying we could call in and order our teas for pick up. Considering how much money we spent there I see this as reasonable. We never left an order unpaid for. We never did anything but pay $5 per tea every single day for over 6 months straight. Not to mention all the blueberry muffins I had to buy for our kids. $1000s of dollars spent at this one tea shop and two miserable employees just took that and probably more out of the owners pockets. I hope they read the reviews to come. This may seem like a petty review. It its not. Not when these employees are going out of their way to mess with probably the nicest person Ive ever met because their lives suck. I wont stand for this and I will make sure everyone in the world knows. I mean this is what I do for a living. In my eyes the owners should fire these two miserable life force sucking individuals before they lose even more business.

No military discount for active duty dependents..... really???? So while my husband is away protecting your little shop, theres no regard the spouse? Its not an abuse or as if Im the second cousins brother. Pathetic ownership. Ive never been to a place like that, its not about the money, ill pay ur less than 10% discount anyway, its the customer service, courtesy, and respect. I wont be coming here anymore.

Consistent service! I have been a customer of C&TZ for many years now and their service has always been great. I love the frequent buyer system that they have in place. I would recommend for anyone looking for great bubble tea in the Colorado Springs area.

The coffee is not good, and there is no ambience. Only place to plug in a laptop is near the television. Internet is decent, though. Mostly kids frequent this place. Not my preferred place to work away from home.

Boba is good, but too sweet. Place itself is decent, the atmosphere is ok, but it is kind of small. Overall a decent place if you want boba, the coffee is fine but nothing above average.
