I must say that it looks very nice from the outside, but what happens inside is a little more like a SNL skit from the 90s. First, I must confess that I dont typically write reviews; I had to write this one. This was my first visit. I ordered a sandwich, with no onion and no tomato. I even mentioned that I was allergic, to the young lady who took my order. I didnt wait long before a syrupy, sweet, nice young man came by to drop off my order. Of course, it had both onions and tomatoes on it. I pointed out the problem, and with many apologies, he took it back. It could not have been more than five minutes later that he returned with the same sandwich, but the tomatoes and the onions had been removed...almost, because of their carelessness, there were onions left on the plate from a poor attempt to remove them. This time I had to hunt the young man down to point out the deliberate attempt to play this off as a new sandwich. Again, he apologized, and took it back. When the next sandwich came, it was freshly made, and smelled great, and had no tomato, but had plenty of onions. This time it was delivered by the young lady who took my order. She must have forgotten that she took my order only thirty minutes ago, because when I pointed out that onions were on it, she said that she was told only no tomatoes. I reminded her that she took my order the first time I gave it and in response, I guess she wasnt happy with my great memory of our recent history together, and requested that I pick the onions off. Now, I am trying not to lose it as this is the third, really second sandwich that they have brought me with things that I am allergic to. My husband was finished with his meal, and I was almost finished with my salad, so I told her that I no longer wanted the sandwich and I would be going up to the registrar to get a refund once I finished my salad. I dont know what it is with some teens these days, but she actually huffed at me, rolled her eyes, and walked away. Amazing. After finishing my salad and purging the disciplinary thoughts I had of how to teach her a lesson, I waited in line until I was once again face to face with the young man I dealt with earlier. I unloaded on him the adventures I had, those that included him and the new parts that did not, and he began apologizing, again, and called over a manager. I guess her customer service training only consist of how to open a registrar and give the money back, because it came with no apology. Again, amazing.

Usually a really great place but the girl working tonight, her name starts with a "H" I believe is not so great. First I ordered a ham and swiss panini, (3) cookies, and a smoothie. Its about 8:30 at night close to the closing but non the less you were still open. She told me I couldnt have a smoothie because they dont serve them at 8:30 which we know is total BS. Whatever, not a total downer. I pull out my sandwich after I drive home, let me remind you I drive 25minutes because of how much I normally enjoy this place. My sandwich is TURKEY, LETTUCE, MAYO, TOMATO.... I asked for 2 things on my panini and not NON of what I asked was on there. SHE REPEATED THE ORDER PERFECTLY BACK TO ME!! The (3) cookies I asked for turned out to be (1) cookie that was probably the last of the day and shouldnt have even been sold. On top of that I was the only one in line, why was my order so messed up. Extermly disappointed in the lady working tonight. If she worked for me she wouldnt have a job anymore. Closing before close to avoid having to dirty something is highly unprofessional and then messing up the order on top of that is like the cherry to my night.

We had out of town company and took them to Kneaders, unfortunately. It was 6PM. It was such a disaster. I ordered a soup, they said they were out of it. My relative ordered his meal, they said they were out of it. As an alternative, we then ordered the advertised "Chicken Pot Pie" only to find out it is NOT chic-pot-pie, but a SOUP that BARELY contained any chicken!! My wife is a vegetarian, and not only did they have NOTHING to accommodate her, but they refused even to give her a bread product or something like that. They had no interest to accommodate -- none of the workers seemed to care at all!! So in disappointment, my wife ordered a simple cup of decaf, which they were out of. When she notified the people behind the counter, an African American woman said "Ill see what I can do" but did NOTHING and went back about her business! After 20 mins I complained and another woman said she would make some more decade which wasnt ready until we we were on our way out!! Whoever is running this place is clueless and needs management training as well as teach their employees how to treat people

Usually I love this place, today however was the exact opposite. The coffee had soap in it, and they didnt get our order correct. The saddest part is they werent even busy. The food was average once they finally got it correct, but still for the price and for the area I think this place should be on point. Also as a pastry chef the first thing I noticed was how old and terrible the display case looked. The desserts were so old the chocolate ganache was cracking and turning pale. The pies were getting soggy and most of them were even under baked. I am disappointed that this is what people consider quality baked goods seeing as how I work for a 5 star restaurant in briargate that actually puts effort into our product. Very disappointing and I would recommend Panera over this place after todays visit, which isnt saying much...........

We stopped for lunch at this location on 06/21/17 at 1:05 PM. One of the items we ordered was a Club Sandwich which is $8.39. The club sandwich had very little meat on it with one paper thin slice of beef. Very poorly made. My wife accidently knocked over her plastic cup of water and we ask for help to clean up our table. We could not get anyone to help us. One of the girls on duty gave my wife a towel and we had to try and clean up the water ourselves. It was all over the floor and the wait staff girl just walked through the water bringing food to other tables and never offered any help. Beware of this place and their rude employees.

I love the food but I wont be going to this location anymore. They consistently get my order wrong every time I get something to go. I dont know why I didnt check tonight before I left since its always wrong so I guess thats my fault. I called and talked to the manager and told her I was frustrated with it being a consistent thing she did apologize but did nothing to rectify the situation. Ive worked in customer service for over 12 years so Im pretty easy going and would have been happy if I had been offered a pastry or drink for the inconvenience of having to go back.
