We had their red velvet ice cream cake before and it was awesome!!! We tried to order my mom that same cake for her birthday and they ended up giving us the wrong cake. Im a very reasonable person and I wasnt too upset because I figured their customer service would make up for it, I knew everything would be alright. However, I called and spoke to them ad they said that they do carry the red velvet cake and that it was just a mix up. I have a lot of customer service experience in my field and honestly I can say that I wasnt satisfied and didnt feel like they rectified the situation or mistake. We drove some distance across town just to get this cake for my mom, and your cakes arent low priced. Just wish our experience couldve been better with this location. Thank you! And to think I gave them a tip, I think tipping is very important, but I definitely felt deceived on this one! For the miles we put in driving up there, price we paid + tip, a gift card definitely shouldve been offered! Makes me wonder if they just went and got any reddish/strawberry type cake and made it ours. I even called to verify they had the cake like the email confirmation tells you to do. When I called, the worker had me on hold for a while, but then he got back on and said they have my cake it was just all the way in the back of the freezer. Everyone was nice, I just feel like they could careless about their mistake and the planning we put into ordering from them. Im trying to stay open minded, mistake do happen, but not a good experience or resolution.

When William Nixon was running the place it was good, he was on top of things, took pride in this Co-Business. well the wife and I stopped in (we live around the corner) come to find out there was a problem and William was bought out by his partner who I only met once when they opened and he seemed like he was put off having to do work around there. We always enjoyed William, we would chat and he seemed like he knew how to run a business. We exchanged business stories and it was great. I rate it a 3 as it is just okay, like another reviewer said you can tell it has gone down. Wife and I went mainly because William was so friendly and he cut you a deal...maybe just us as we were like his first customers when he opened. I do remember a girl once lectured us how kid size was for kids only...huh thats all I want girl, that is all the wife wanted. I then said I knew William and trust me its not a problem; she seemed lost...maybe he was gone at that point too now that I think about it. Try the new place in Monument (sorry I forget the name its behind Rosies Diner). It was ma & pa style and great customer service, same type of prices though. Oh and to the guy that said the girl rolled her eyes at your wife...you said you been there before so you must know that what you see, is what you get for seating...you think they have a back room for VIP guest with more...LOL Damn, Monument yuppies with no common sense. I too would have rolled my eyes...as that is a stupid and idiotic question to ask "you have more seats"....LOL

I agree with the reviewer who commented that this location was dirty. Right when I walked in it smelled like sour milk. Then I noticed the ice cream all was starting to melt. I should have just turned around and walked out at that point. It was clear the freezer wasnt cold enough. But since I was really craving ice cream I picked one of two flavors that showed no visible melting. But when I walked around the corner to pay I was appalled to see how dirty the floor behind the counter was. There was water pouring out of the freezer into a drain in the floor (probably from it defrosting). What I could see of the back room was even worse with standing puddles of milky water on the floor. Since its already ordered my ice cream I paid and it looked so good I couldnt bear to throw it away, so I took a chance and ate it. No for poisoning so far, but thats probably luck. This place needs a health inspection!

My husband and I have pondered writing a review several times hoping this location would get better. Unfortunately it has only gone even more downhill. One day they dont have milk for milkshakes, the next they have one employee on a Friday evening and ringing up customers. Its apparent the manager/owner hasnt visited this location in quite a while. The place is an absolute dive and a complete wreck of a mess. Theres overflowing trash, food on the floor and employees arent following proper sanitization in MANY aspects, the dust is inches thick, too. Many people decided to turn around and go somewhere else. We should open a competiting franchise nearby.. Took us 55 minutes. And took about a dozen photos we are sending to corporate that are downright shameful

We used our gift card here last week and I wasnt sure I should even eat the ice cream. The store was so dirty! The floors were dirty, the walls had ice cream or something splashed all over them. I couldnt even set my purse down on the counter where you pay because the counter was covered in ice cream and chocolate. Even the servers were dirty, which in part isnt their fault. Who picked black as a T shirt color for an ice cream server??? It was also very expensive and the ice cream wasnt that good. We wont be back.

Too crowded and slow. The area setup for the line just isnt long enough to hold the usual crowd here. The workers were slow, and hard to communicate with due to how loud it was inside. Pricing is absolutely ridiculous. The cost of adding a candy topping to your ice cream costs more than buying a whole bag of that topping at the store when you only get a little bit in your serving. Obviously this place is making a killing off of what was mediocre ice cream due to price gouging.

I love the Ice cream! We had some issues getting gluten free ice cream, and it is expensive. The person who made ours was nice, but it is a normal order-and-sit ice cream place, not to amazing but good. The place was a little gross. We went to the one on Academy, (I think…) and it had a LEGO DISPLAY!!! I thought that was cool. So, if you have money and wanting to enjoy a nice treat, (and not a germ freak,) i would recommend Cold Stone. :)

We walked in 5 minutes after they were closed yet had a line of 4 to 5 people. We had just walked around the corner from the movie theater. They told my daughter who is 4, that they couldnt give her ice cream. She walked away in tears unable to understand why the store could help the line but nobody could help her. Talk about a fail in human decency. I didnt get a chance to spend my money here and I never will.

Two employees on a Saturday night, serving ice cream then ringing up customers! They were doing their best to maintain their We drove over twenty mins to have to wait for over twenty mins and that was only halfway through the line. People were leaving and when we saw the prices, we decided to leave also. Great ice cream but $6 for 12oz is ridiculous! Behind the counter was a MESS!
