Banquet Bakery in Pueblo Colorado is legendary!!!! I am 47 years old, Grew up in Pueblo and had a Banquet cake on my Birthday since I can remember. I moved to NYC 14 Years ago, and EVERY YEAR my Mom ships me, my traditional Birthday Cake. Even though it never arrives "Pretty" ( she just mails it 2 day priority), As soon as I close my eyes, lift the cake box lid, Im immediantly transported back to Pueblo, and my AMAZING childhood.

One family member is always rude and disrespectful to there delivery drivers that brings their product. If he ever know what they did everyday to keep them stocked with product and always smiled never complained about his anger issues. I see why you open carry. To the other family members that work there think for the help getting all the product put away.

Amazing danishes! After questing for the perfect danish I came across this bakery and was pleasantly surprised. It was a touch crowded but there was not a long wait at all. Its inexpensive and a nice place to drop in for a pastry.

I must be crazy. I have lived in pueblo for 30+ years and Ive never had anything from schusters untill todsy when my husband brought home an apple pie, my favourite. And that was by far the very best apple pie I have ever had.

Very friendly people, amazing baked goods, and very inexpensive. I went with my sister and we got one regular cinnamon roll, three turnovers, two cookies, and some doughnuts, the total cost was around $5.
