After discussing options with a sales person at La Petite on the phone I ordered a Nutella filled puffed pastry "Christmas tree" for Christmas Day...This would be $20 So, Christmas eve day my husband and I went down to the store to pick up the pastry. Shortly after we arrived the sales person showed us the Christmas tree pastry. I WAS SO DISSAPPOINTED! Im sure it was written all over my face. It was on a piece of cardboard and was not at all what I expected. It was very flat and nondimensional with no icing {like I was told} and looked about a third of the size that I had been told as well. My husband picked up the cardboard and said it didnt weigh a thing. The sales person asked me if it was not what I was expecting and I said no not at all. Meanwhile, My husband had eyed some croissants and decided that due to the SMALL size of the Christmas tree we would need to purchase additional pastries to feed our family. So at first we had asked for six Almond pastries. The sales person told us these croissants were almond filled. After my husband heard that he decided that we should get more of them. We had decided that we were not happy with the Christmas tree at all and we would not get that and instead get 14 Almond filled croissants. $50 We thought this would be some great pastries to add to our traditional Christmas brunch. Christmas Day came and my husband was sampling the almond filled croissant and come to find out they were barely filled with almond filling .... Some in fact were hollow! WHAT? This cant be happening! We are so disappointed and angry with the quality of product that we receive both for the order that I had made and the replacement of the so-called Almond filled croissants. We will not be patronizing this establishment anymore and I have already let numerous people know about our disappointment with our first visit to this bakery! We were so hopeful that Greeley had finally gotten a great bakery! Sadly that is not the case!

This place is very close to my house, so I was excited to see good reviews. Called ahead to ask if they have WiFi and savory options, person on the phone says yes and we can make a delicious croissant sandwich! I walk there and ask what I can put in my sandwich, she asks the chef who says today theyve got turkey, Swiss, and pesto. I get all three and a salted caramel latte to go (drink = $ 2.75, sandwich = $ 4.50 before tax). Pesto was freshly made for my sandwich, the cashier tells me. It couldnt have taken more than 2 minutes for my drink to be ready, and within 10 my food was ready and the cashier packed it up to go for me. I drank the drink along the way home, it was strong and delicious. When I got home I had the sandwich, which was incredible! Definitely coming back here for breakfast more regularly! Food and drink was quality and so was the customer service.

Great! They were understandably sold out for the first week or so because they only have one small oven and everyone was clamoring to get some of their delicious pastries. Everything is not only delicious but very beautiful. The pastries look lovely and the store has a soothing atmosphere. Things are a little on the expensive side, but well worth it :). I tried a roasted sunflower seed bread and a tomato basil danish. Both were wonderful and practically a small meal unto themselves. The menu will have some rotating items each day I guess, which is also very cool. Staff was very friendly and helpul.

Well, there goes my diet and my paycheck. I am overjoyed to have a true bakery where everything is made fresh in Greeley . I knew Id hit upon an obsession when I visited there four times. In the same week. Their pain chocolat is exquisitely done. Perfect balance of chocolate to pastry, with just the right amount of crunch from the pastry. I also love their cinnamon nutella creation... a pastry filled with nutella then covered with a delicate cinnamon crumb. This place will definitely be my weekly morning treat stop, and I TRULY hope La Petite becomes a long standing Greeley institution!

So disappointed in this bakery. When I heard Greeley had a French Bakery opening, I was very excited. I have tried for 3 days in a row to go get a pastry. Each time Im told they are "sold out". Today the hours advertised are 10am to 4pm. I arrived at 10:02. There is a sign in the window, "were all sold out, be back tomorrow". What kind of business is that? Very poor planning I should say. A new business gets a reputation quickly and Im afraid this will be a bad one. I expect it will go out of business with that philosophy.

Can I just say how nice it is to get a real croissant around here? A yeasty bread made into a crescent shape, which is what you find in these parts, does not a croissant make. So I am thrilled to be able find a delicious, buttery, eggy croissant in greeley. I paticular enjoyed the almond croissant. I did suffer a bit of a sticker shock though. $2.50 for a macaron?? Also, when one pays $3.50 for a chocolate croissant, one expects more than a teaspoon worth of filling. But for a splurge, I will definitely be returning.

Unreal taste. This quaint little bakery is an oasis of sweet flavor not just for Greeley, but really for any French bakery Ive been to on this side of the Atlantic. The owners are very kind and provide excellent service. The chef behind the scenes is a true master of his art, having trained at 3 of Pariss top culinary institutions. This relatively new bakery has such a special place in my heart already that I wont even share my favorite treat there, but you really cant go wrong with anything you try!

I just finished a strawberry eclair- -delicious--not too sweet- -just a wonderful pastry & cream filling! Ive had chocolate and almond croissants which were outstanding. Their meringue cookies are the best Ive had--crispy on the outside & yummy chewy in the middle. Next time Im looking forward to trying the baguette. Nice to see such a unique bakery here in Greeley!

What a sweet & delicious bakery! They serve home made, hand layered pasties and a variety of treats and savory delights. The French bread is awesome and they always have a great variety that changes daily. Expect to pay more for a treat than a gas station muffin because its worth it- a fabulous chef prepares each item from scratch. Definitely recommending!

I REALLY REALLY wanted a nice, quaint, delicious French bakery in Greeley that could be on a par with those in other towns. I ordered two chocolate croissants that were essentially cocktail size - $7.49!! Its right across the street from the UNC campus - college kids are supposed to find this affordable?? Good luck with that.

Its a really cute shop that has some pretty good pastries. Ive tried 4/22 or so that I saw and I like all that Ive tried. The employees are super nice and its just a quaint little shop Its super close to campus and they do double punch Wednesdays on theit stamp cards where if you buy 11, the 12th croissant is free.
